 1. ON SHEET 4 OF 13 OF THE CIVIL DRAWINGS, THE DRIVEWAY
 APPROACH ON WITT STREET, CONNECTING INTO THE BUILDING,
 DOES NOT APPEAR CORRECT, AND DOES NOT MATCH THE SITE OR
 LANDSCAPE PLANS. THE CIVIL DRAWINGS SHOW THE APRON (OR
 TAPER) EXTENDING SIGNIFICANTLY CLOSER TO THE BUILDING.
 THE LANDSCAPE PLANS SHOW PLANTING BEING PLACED BETWEEN
 THE BUILDING AND THE SIDEWALK. PLEASE CLARIFY IF THIS
 SIGNIFICANT OF AN APRON IS NECESSARY.
  
 2. ON SHEET 5 OF 13 OF THE CIVIL DRAWINGS, THE DRIVEWAY
 APPROACH ON WORTHINGTON STREET DOES NOT MATCH THE SITE
 OR LANDSCAPE PLANS. THE SITE/LANDSCAPE PLANS INDICATE
 ???EXISTING CURB CUT TO REMAIN???. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 3. ON SHEET 6 OF 13 OF THE CIVIL DRAWINGS, THE PARKING
 DETAIL SHOULD REFLECT TWO (2) FEET TO THE BACK OF THE
 WHEEL STOP, NOT THE FRONT OF THE WHEEL STOP. PLEASE
 ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.
  
 4. ON SHEET 10 OF 13 OF THE CIVIL DRAWING, THE LOCATION
 OF THE WATER LINE AND FIRE LINE DOES NOT MATCH THAT
 SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. PLEASE ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.
  
 5. ON SHEET SP-1, THE PROPOSED FREESTANDING SIGN IS
 LOCATED WITHIN THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE. PLEASE ADJUST

 ALONG WORTHINGTON ROAD. ADDITIONALLY, PROVIDE A DETAIL
 OF THE CMU WALL THAT IS PROPOSED TO SURROUND THE
 GENERATOR.
  
 8. ON SHEET M2.1, THE QUANTITY AND CONFIGURATION OF THE
 CONDENSING UNITS DOES NOT MATCH THAT SHOWN ON THE
 SITE/LANDSCAPE PLANS. PLEASE ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.
  
 9. ON SHEET E1.2, THE LOCATION OF THE LIGHT POLES IN
 THE PARKING LOT DOES NOT MATCH THAT SHOWN ON THE
 SITE/LANDSCAPE PLANS. PLEASE ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.
  
 10. A SITE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 11. PRIOR TO THE SUBMISSION OF ANY BUILDING PERMIT FOR
 THE PROPOSED OFFICE BUILDING, THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT ??? CRIME PREVENTION UNIT SHALL
 REVIEW AND APPROVE ALL CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS TO ENSURE
 THE ADHERENCE TO GENERALLY-ACCEPTED CRIME PREVENTION
 THROUGH ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN PRINCIPLES.
  
 12. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT, THE TEN
 (10) FOOT DRAINAGE EASEMENT RUNNING ALONG THE NORTH AND
 EAST PROPERTY LINES SHALL BE ABANDONED.
 13. PER SECTION 94-481(C) OF THE CITY???S ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, A FINAL CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR THE NEW BUILDING UNTIL
 THE OLD BUILDING HAS BEEN DEMOLISHED AND REMAINING SITE
 IMPROVEMENTS (I.E. PARKING, LANDSCAPING, ETC.) HAVE
 BEEN INSTALLED ACCORDING TO THE APPROVED PLANS.
