 OF CURB CUTS, WHICH TYPE IS TO BE USED FOR THIS
 INSTALATION, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND CROSS SLOPE OF AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL NOT EXCEED 1:50. 2007/ 2009
 FBC-B 11-4.3.7. PLEASE BE AWARE OF 11-4.29.5 DETECTABLE
 WARNINGS AT HAZARDOUS VEHICLAR AREAS.

 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
