 2) A/C CONDENSOR PADS AND GENERATOR PADS ARE LOCATED
 WITHIN A A-9 FLOOD ZONE REQUIRING A MINIMUM BASE FLOOD
 ELEVATION OF 13'-6", TO BE INCLUDED ON THE FINAL
 SURVEY.
 THE FIRST FLOOR ELEVATION TO BE AT A MINIMUM OF 13'-6"
 AND WILL REQUIRE SURVEYS WITH ELEVATION OF THE FIRST
 FLOOR LEVEL AT TIME OF FIRST FLOOR SLAB POUR AND AT
 FINAL BEFORE A C.C. OR C.O CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) SHEET LS1 THE SOUTH EXIT STAIR #102 IS WITHIN A 1
 HOUR ENCLOSURE THAT EXITS INTO A UNRATED LOBBY# 100 AND
 CONTAINING A ELEVATOR. AS DISCUSSED WITH B O DOUG WISE
 THIS CONDITION DOES MEET THE EXCEPTION 1020.1 EXCEPTION
 # 8. WE CONTACTED GS&P OFFICE MIKE ROSSIN ABOUT THE
 ISSUE OF THE LOBBY STILL REQUIRING A ONE HOUR FIRE
 RATING BECAUSE OF IT BEING THE EXIT CORRIDOR FOR THE
 LOUGE #112. THE LOUGE HAS AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANT LOAD OF
 GREATER THAN 30 WHICH REQUIRES A 1 HR FIRE RATING PER
 TABLE 1017.1.
 WHEN WE SPOKE WITH MR. ROSSIN HE SUGESTED THEY WILL
 MAKE ONE OF THE TWO WINDOWS INTO THE 2ND EXIT FOR THIS
 SPACE ALLOWING THE LOBBY TO REMAIN UNRATED, PLANS WILL
 NEED TO BE UPDATED TO REFLECT THIS CHANGE. PLEASE BE
 AWARE OF A ONE FOOT ELEVATION CHANGE FROM THE NEW EXIT
 LANDING CREATED BY THIS DOORWAY AND SIDEWALK AND THE
 ELECTRICAL ROOM 136 LOCATED AT ELEVATION 14.91 NGVD.

 4) PLEASE NOTE 11-4.1.3(8)(II) ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCES
 MUST BE PROVIDED IN A NUMBER AT LEAST EQUIVALENT TO THE

 BACK ONTO ITSELF AS PER 11-4.8.5(6) ENDS OF HANDRAILS
 SHALL BE EITHER ROUNDED OR RETURNED SMOOTHLY TO FLOOR,
 WALL, OR POST. ALSO SEE 11-4.4.1 PROTRUDING OBJECTS.
  
 13) IN NONE OF THE STAIR DETAILS IN A-6.2, A-6.3 &
 A-6.4 INDICATE ROOF DRAINS WITHIN THE STAIRWELL, THE
 PLUMBING PLANS INDICATE A 3" RAIN WATER PIPE. THE
 ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS INDICATE A LAY IN CEILING SYSTEM.
 FBC-B 1020.1.2 PENETRATIONS INTO THE STAIRWELL CAN ONLY
 WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THE STAIRWELL. PLEASE PROVIDE
 DOCUMENTATION THAT THE LAY IN CEILING WILL HAVE A 1
 HOUR FIRE RATING, PROVIDE MANUFACTURERS SPEC ON THE
 CEILING TILE AND GRID SYSTEM FOR RATING.

 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
