| THEREFORE, THE GENERATOR (AND REQUIRED SCREENING, AS |
| DESCRIBED BELOW) SHALL NOT ENCROACH INTO THE REQUIRED |
| BUFFER. |

| 2) PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444(B) OF THE CITY???S ZLDRS, |
| GENERATORS SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED UNLESS APPROPRIATE |
| SCREENING IS PROVIDED. SCREENING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED |
| OF BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE |
| MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. THE |
| SCREENING SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH SHRUBS AND HEDGES |
| PLANTED AT TWO (2) FOOT INTERVALS. PLEASE NOTE, THE |
| SCREENING SHALL COMPLETELY OBSCURE THE GENERATOR. |
| THEREFORE, BE SURE THAT THE PROPOSED FENCE/WALL IS OF |
| SUFFICIENT HEIGHT (85???). |
