 STAIRCASE TO THE 2ND FLOOR OF THE GARAGE. ALL OTHER
 SHEETS THAT NEEDED TO BE REVISED WERE NOT PROVIDED WITH
 THIS SUBMITTAL. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL SHEETS HAVE BEEN
 REVISED AND SUBMITTED WITH THIS PACKAGE.
  
 2) AS NOTED ON PREVIOUS REVIEWS, ONLY AN
 UNDER-THE-COUNTER REFRIGERATOR MAY BE INSTALLED IN THE
 LIVING SPACE ABOVE THE GARAGE. THIS CANNOT BE A
 SEPARATE DWELLING UNIT, CANNOT HAVE SEPARATE COOKING
 FACILITIES, AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE RENTED.
  
 3) ON PREVIOUS REVIEWS A COMMENT WAS MADE REQUESTING
 CLARIFICATION WHY THE FOUNDATION EXTENDED UNDERNEATH
 THE BAY WINDOW, WHEN THE BAY WINDOW IS SHOWN ON THE
 ELEVATIONS AS BEING SUSPENDED ABOVE GRADE, AS IS
 REQUIRED BY CODE.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
