 COMPLETED UNDER THIS PERMIT .
  
 1) EITHER A CONTRACTOR OR OWNER/ BUILDER WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO SIGN ON TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 2) NOTE, ONLY ONE SET OF PLANS WERE SUBMITTED TO REVIEW
 FOR CODE COMPLIANCE. BEFORE A PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED TWO
 SETS OF PLANS AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS WILL NEED TO BE
 SUPPLIED FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL STAMPING. ONE FOR THE
 FIELD INSPECTORS AND ONE FOR RECORD RETENTION. 106.3.1/

 3) PLEASE PROVIDE ON THE PLANS WHO IS THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD, SINCE THIS IS A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE IT DOES
 NOT NEED TO BE A ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER WHO ARE COVERED
 UNDER FL S 481 AND 471. FBC-B 106.1* DESIGNERS NAME AND
 CONTACT NUMBER TO BE ABLE TO CONTACT THE DESIGNER IN
 CASE OF QUESTIONS.
  
 4) 106.3.3 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.

 PRODUCT APPROVALS BEFORE TIME OF ISSUANCE, THESE ITEMS
 CAN BE A BUILDING PROVISO: WHICH MEANS THE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS CAN BE BROUGHT IN AFTER ISSUANCE BUT WILL BE
 CONSIDERED A REVISION WITH FURTHER REVIEW AND
 ASSOCIATED FEES. THE DESIGN PRESSURES INDICATED ON
 SHEET 5.1 ARE CORRECT.
  
 6) SHEET 3.1 IN THE DESIGN PARAMETERS AND CODE
 REFERENCES, BOTH MAKE REFERENCES TO THE 2004 FBC,
 PLEASE REVISE TO THE 2007 FBC WITH 2009 SUPPLEMENTS.
 PLEASE ALSO INCLUDE UNDER THE 2007 EXISTING BUILDING
 CODE COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 401.4 A DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL OR AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A
 COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO
 SECTIONS 403, 404 AND 405 OF THIS CODE.
  
 7) THE FLOOR PLAN SHEET 3.1 INDICATES A NEWLY REMODELED
 RESTROOM WITH THE SHOWER NEXT TO A SINGLE HUNG WINDOW
 PLEASE REVIEW R308.4(9) HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS.
  
 8) THE PLANS INDICATE IN SECTION 3/6.1 A TYPICAL GABLE
 WALL PLEASE REVIEW R602.1.2(1.1) FOR REQUIRED FIRE
 BLOCKING SEPARATING VERTICALLY AT THE CEILING.
  
 9) RESIDENTIAL: ENERGY CODE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS.
 N1100.0.3 ADDITIONS. ADDITIONS TO EXISTING RESIDENTIAL
 BUILDINGS SHALL BE CONSIDERED NEW BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
 AND SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF EITHER METHOD
 A OR B AS APPLICABLE. ADDITIONS THAT ARE UNABLE TO
 COMPLY WITH CODE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ADDITION ALONE
 MAY COMPLY WITH THE CODE BY BRINGING THE ENTIRE
 BUILDING INTO COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION N1100.A.5.2.
 N1100.0.4 RENOVATIONS. RENOVATED BUILDINGS SHALL, WHEN
 APPLICABLE (SEE SECTION N1100.7.3), MEET THE
 PRESCRIPTIVE REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED IN METHOD B FOR
 INSULATION, HVAC SYSTEMS, WATER HEATING SYSTEMS AND
 EXTERIOR ENVELOPE FOR THOSE COMPONENTS BEING
 RETROFITTED OR REPLACED.
  
 10) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
