| DESIGN CHARACTER OF THE BUILDING TO WHICH IT IS |
| ATTACHED. THE EXISTING AWNINGS ON THE BUILDING ARE |
| RECTANGULAR, THEREFORE, A DOME AWNING IS NOT CONSISTENT |
| WITH THE EXISTING DESIGN CHARACTER. ADDITIONALLY, THE |
| EXISTING AWNINGS ON THE BUILDING HAVE A COLOR PATTERN |
| ESTABLISHED OF GREEN WITH RED TRIM. |

| 5) SECTION 94-109(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT |
| REGULATIONS REQUIRES THAT AWNINGS SHALL BE LOCATED |
| BETWEEN, RATHER THAN ACROSS, SIGNIFICANT VERTICAL |
| ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES THAT MAKE UP THE COMPOSITION OF |
| THE FACADE, SUCH AS PILASTERS OR PROTRUDING COLUMNS. |
| AWNING FRAMING SHALL ALIGN WITH STOREFRONT FRAMING. THE |
| PROPOSED AWNING SHALL NOT EXTEND PAST THE STOREFRONT |
| FRAMING. |
