 1) PROVIDE AN OVERALL PLAN OF THE BUILDING SHOWING
 WHERE THIS IS LOCATED. THE ELECTRICAL PLAN THAT WAS
 SUBMITTED DOES NOT MATCH THE EXISTING CONDITION WHERE
 STAFF THINKS THE AWNING IS PROPOSED.
  
 2) THE SITE PLAN SHOWING THE AWNING SHALL ACCURATELY
 SHOW THE SURROUNDING CONDITIONS, INCLUDING THE EXISTING
 PALM TO THE WEST OF THE PATIO, AS WELL AS SHOW THE
 AWNING TO SCALE ON THE PLAN. CURRENT PLAN DOES NOT SHOW
 AWNING TO SCALE OR ACCURATELY AS A DOME STYLE AWNING.
  
 3) PROVIDE AN ELEVATION SHOWING THE AWING ON THE
 BUILDING, INCLUDING THE REQUIRED EIGHT (8) FOOT MINIMUM
 HEIGHT.
  
 4) SECTION 94-109(1) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS REQUIRES THE TYPE OF AWNING USED AND ITS
 FORM, MATERIALS AND COLOR SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE
 DESIGN CHARACTER OF THE BUILDING TO WHICH IT IS
 ATTACHED. THE EXISTING AWNINGS ON THE BUILDING ARE
 RECTANGULAR, THEREFORE, A DOME AWNING IS NOT CONSISTENT
 WITH THE EXISTING DESIGN CHARACTER. ADDITIONALLY, THE
 EXISTING AWNINGS ON THE BUILDING HAVE A COLOR PATTERN
 ESTABLISHED OF GREEN WITH RED TRIM.
  
 5) SECTION 94-109(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS REQUIRES THAT AWNINGS SHALL BE LOCATED
 BETWEEN, RATHER THAN ACROSS, SIGNIFICANT VERTICAL
 ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES THAT MAKE UP THE COMPOSITION OF
 THE FACADE, SUCH AS PILASTERS OR PROTRUDING COLUMNS.
 AWNING FRAMING SHALL ALIGN WITH STOREFRONT FRAMING. THE
 PROPOSED AWNING SHALL NOT EXTEND PAST THE STOREFRONT
 FRAMING.
