 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 ACTION: DENIED
  
 1) THE FIRST REVIEW BUILDING PROVIDED A PASSED WITH
 PROVISO WHICH DELT WITH THE INCREASING THE
 RESTROOM DOORS TO ACCESSIBLE 2'-8" CLEAR DOORWAYS. THE
 PLANS WHEN SUBMITTED ON SECOND REVIEW STILL INDICATE
 THE 2'-6" DOORWAYS.
  
 I HAVVE SPOKEN TO THE DESSIGNER OF RECORD ONCE ON THE
 MATTERWHICH ENDED UP NEEDING TO TALK WITH THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL DOUG WISE FOR HIS INTERPRETATION ON THE
 ACCESSIBILITY ISSUES.
  
 THE CONTRACTOR AND OR DESIGNER WILL NEED TO PROVIDE
 WHERE THEY HAVE WILL MAKE 20% DISPROPOTIONATE COST OR
 $28,000.00 OVER THE CONTRACT VALUE WILL BE ADDED TO THE
 PROJECT BRINGING THE BUILDING THROUGH A SRIES OF
 RENOVATIONS UP TO THE ACCESSIBILTY CODE. THE MONIES ARE
 TO BE SPENT ON:
 1) AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCCE
 2) ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO ALTERED AREAS
 3) ACCESSIBLE RESTROOMS
  
 NOTE : IF THE FRONT ENTRY WAS 2'-8" CLEAR THE
 RENOVATION OF THE FRONT ENTRY CAN NOT BE USED IN THE
 20% DISPROPORTIONATE COST.
