| SQUARE FOOTAGE OF FACADE, ETC. THE IMPROVEMENTS SHALL |
| INCLUDE THE SIDE ELEVATIONS TO THE EAST, AND NO |
| REDUCTION OF THE GLAZING WILL BE ALLOWED. |
| SHEET A-1 SHOWS OPENING PROPOSED TO BE ENCLOSED, NO |
| REDUCTION OF EXISTING GLAZING WILL BE ALLOWED. ALSO THE |
| STOREFRONT SHALL MEET A MINIMUM OF 70 PERCENT OF |
| GLAZING REQUIREMENTS AND SHALL BE DISPERSED THROUGHOUT |
| THE FACADE. THE CURRENT ELEVATION SHOWS THE EAST SIDE |
| OF THE FACADE TO BE ENCLOSED (EXISTING FACADE HAD |
| GLAZING IN THIS AREA). THE GLAZING IS NOT EQUALLY |
| DISPERSED. |

| 5. THE PROPOSED PARKING IS BACKING INTO ADJACENT |
