 2. THE SURVEY SHOWS BUILDING AT 7.30' TO 7.92' FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE. PURSUANT TO THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT ("ZLDR"), SECTION 94-73 - SINGLE FAMILY
 ("SF11"), HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, THE
 MINIMUM FRONT SETBACK IS 20 FEET OR 20% OF LOT DEPTH,
 WHICHEVER IS LESS; IN THIS CASE THE MINIMUM FRONT FRONT
 SETBACK IS 18 FEET. THE PROPERTY IS A NON-CONFORMING
 STRUCTURE. CLARIFY IF AND WHEN A PERMIT WAS OBTAINED
 FOR THE PORCH OR THE HOME TO BE PLACED WITHIN THE
 REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 IF NO PROOF OF PERMITS CAN BE OBTAINED, A PERMIT FOR
 THE PORCH WILL NOT BE ALLOWED, UNLESS A VARIANCE (FRONT
 SETBACK) APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING AND
 ZONING DEPARTMENT AND APPROVED BY THE ZONING BOARD
 APPEALS.
