 1) PROVIDE A SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD ,THAT SHOWS
 SETBACKS TO THE PROPERTY LINES.
  
 2) PER SECTION 94-216(B)(4) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, OPEN-AIR PORCHES AND STOOPS,
 STAIRS AND RAMPS MAY ENCROACH INTO ANY REQUIRED SETBACK
 TO A POINT NOT CLOSER THAN THREE FEET TO THE PROPERTY
 LINE. COMPLIANCE WILL BE VERIFIED WITH THE SURVEY.
  
 3) PER SECTION 94-215(D)(8) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, ALL PROPERTIES SHALL BE
 BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY'S LANDSCAPE
 REGULATIONS AT SUCH TIME THAT A BUILDING PERMIT IS
 ISSUED FOR WORK VALUED AT $5,000.00 OR MORE. SINCE THE
 VALUE OF THIS BUILDING PERMIT IS $10,500, A LANDSCAPE
 PLAN PREPARED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED LANDSCAPE
 ARCHITECT THAT SHOWS COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE
 CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS IS
 REQUIRED. IF THE CURRENT SITE DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS
 REQUIRED FOR THE WORK TO BRING THE SITE INTO
 CONFORMANCE. PLEASE NOTE THAT INSTALLATION OF NEW
 LANDSCAPE MATERIAL WILL REQUIRE THE INSTALLATION OF AN
 IRRIGATION SYSTEM (PERMIT REQUIRED).
