 REVIEW STATUS: FAILED
 1) BUILDING IS LOWER THAN THE STREET, A BACKWATER VALVE
 IS REQUIRED ON THE SANITARY LATERAL.
 2) NO METER OR BACKFLOW PREVENTER ARE SHOWN, WHERE ARE
 THEY LOCATED?
 3) WHERE IS THE SANITARY SEWER LATERAL LOCATED?
 4) CURBS AND SIDEWALKS ACROSS THE FULL FRONTAGE OF THE
 PROPERTY ARE REQUIRED. THIS WILL ALSO HELP STOP ANY
 ROAD RUN-OFF FROM FLOODING THE PROPERTY.
 5) NO STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM INSTALLED, ONE IS REQUIRED.
 SUPPLY A STORMWATER PLAN AND THE PLANNED PARKING LOT
 ELEVATIONS. DUE TO THE FACT THE PROPERTY IS LOWER THAN
 THE STREET A STORM SEWER MAY NEED TO BE RUN OUT TO 25TH
 STREET (105' SOUTH OF THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE).
 6) THE BUILDING APPEARS TO BE LOCATED INSIDE A 15' WIDE
 EASEMENT, WHY? SUPPLY A RECENT (LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD)
 SURVEY. ALSO SUPPLY ELEVATIONS ON THE SURVEY SHOWING
 THE ROAD ELEVATIONS, THE FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATIONS
 (FFE).
 7) THE DUMPSTER CAN NOT GO IN THE LOCATION SHOWN. THE
 CITY GARBAGE TRUCK CAN NOT BACK UP MORE THAN 50'.
 8) THE DUMPSTER DESIGN DOES NOT SHOW THE CORRECT
 MEASUREMENTS. THE ENCLOSURE NEEDS TO BE SHOWN TO HAVE
 12.5' WIDE CLEARANCE AT THE GATES AND FROM THE GATES TO
 THE BACK WALL. THE ENCLOSURE APPEARS TO BE ONLY 12'
 WIDE AND DEEP (INSIDE DIMENSIONS).
