 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D), THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL CONTAIN ALL OF THE ITEMS
 ENUMERATED IN THIS SECTION. THE PLAN SHOULD SHOW ALL
 UTILITIES, FENCES, SITE LIGHTING AND THE LANDSCAPED
 PARKING AREA IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THIS BUILDING. THE
 PLANT LIST SHALL SHOW THE SIZE AND SPACING OF ALL
 PROPOSED PLANT MATERIAL AND NOT JUST THE CONTAINER
 SIZE.
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT: LANDSCAPING, IRRIGATION AND PAVING
 REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITS. FOR THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT,
 PLEASE PROVIDE A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES
 THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR,
 BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST. YOUR REPLY STATED THAT THIS
 WAS ATTACHED, BUT WE COULD NOT LOCATE IT. THE
 IRRIGATION IS NOT EXISTING --IT WAS REMOVED. AN
 IRRIGATION PERMIT WITH TWO SETS OF IRRIGATION PLANS
 MEETING CITY REQUIREMENTS IS REQUIRED
  
 3. AN INSUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF GREEN SPACE WAS PROVIDED
 IN THE NEW PATIO ARE TO SUPPORT THE PROPOSED PALMS AND
 HEDGE. THERE SHALL BE LESS PATIO AND MORE LANDSCAPED
 AREA.
  
 4; THERE IS AN EXISTING TREE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
 THE BUILDING THAT IS NOT SHOWN ON THE PLAN OR THE TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 5. THE LANDSCAPE AND SITE CHANGES REQUIRE A MINOR PD
 AMENDMENT THROUGH PLANNING AND ZONING PRIOR TO APPROVAL
 OF ANY PERMITS.
  
 6. PROVIDE MORE DETAIL OF WHAT IS GOING ON ALONG THE
 WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING. THE WALL AROUND THE STORAGE
 AREA IS REQUIRED TO BE SCREENED BY A HEDGE.
