| OF WHAT IS REQUIRED AND PROVIDED FOR GLAZING. INCLUDE |
| SQUARE FOOTAGE OF FACADE, ETC. THE IMPROVEMENTS SHALL |
| INCLUDE THE SIDE ELEVATIONS TO THE WEST OF EXISTING, IF |
| APPLICABLE, AND PROVIDED GLAZING. ALSO, PROVIDE A |
| DEMOLITION PLAN SHOWING EXISTING VS. NEW SCOPE OF WORK |
| FOR THE WALLS AT THE SIDE AND ALONG THE FRONTAGE LINE. |
| THE FRONT FACADE SHALL MEET THE 70% MINIMUM GLAZING |
