| SHOULD BE A UNITY OF TITLE FOR THE TWO PROPERTIES FOR |
| THE WORK BEING DONE ON BOTH PROPERTIES. |

| PROPERTIES FROM THE EAST. ARE THESE LEGAL EXIT POINTS |
| FOR THE PROPERTY TO THE EAST INTO THIS SITE? IF SO, |
| HAVE THEY BEEN CONTACTED AND ASKED ABOUT THE REROUTING |
| OF THE TRAFFIC, OUT TO OLIVE AND NOT CURRIE CRESCENT? |

| LEAST 44" WIDE ACROSS THE BACK OF THE SIDEWALK FOR ADA |
| CROSSING OF THE DRIVEWAY ON OLIVE. |
| 12. IN SOME CASES THERE IS OVER A FOOT OF DIFFERENCE IN |
| THE ELEVATIONS OF THE PROPERTY TO THE NORTH. PLEASE |
| EXPLAIN HOW YOU ARE DOING THIS WITH OUT A RETENTION |

| 13. THE SAME HOLDS TRUE FOR THE SOUTH SIDE, BUT THE |
| DIFFERENCE IS ONLY 0.5', HOW WILL THIS BE ADDRESSED? |
| 14.AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM IS REQUIRED WITH A RPZ BACKFLOW |
| PREVENTER, PLEASE SUPPLY A PLAN. IT IS SUGGESTED THAT |
| THE SERVICE ON OLIVE BE MOVED NORTH OUT OF THE WAY OF |
| THE DRIVEWAY AND BE USED FOR IRRIGATION. |
| 15. THE SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY |
| (EAST OF THE EXISTING BUILDING) IS NOT REQUIRED TO GO |
| BACK AS A SIDEWALK, THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY, NOT A |
| CITY STREET ANY LONGER. |
