 PLAN STATUS: FAILED
 THE PLAN HAS BEEN TURNED DOWN FOR THE REASONS LISTED
 BELOW. IT IS SUGGESTED THAT A MEETING WITH ENGINEERING
 AND ZONING BE SET UP TO DISCUSS THE ISSUES PRIOR TO
 RESUBMITTING THE PLANS FOR REVIEW.
  
 THE PLAN HAS BEEN TURNED DOWN BECAUSE IT DOES NOT HAVE
 AN APPROVED STAMP FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT ON IT, AND HAVE YET TO BE SUBMITTED FOR
 REVIEW. PLEASE SUBMIT TWO SETS OF PLANS TO;
 THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH, ENGINEERING SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT, ATTENTION: BRIAN MOREE, ENGINEERING
 SERVICES CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR. PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL OF
 THE PLAN AND AFTER MEETING WITH ENGINEERING SERVICES
 PERSONNEL, PLEASE REVIEW AND EXPLAIN OR MAKE THESE
 CORRECTIONS TO THE PLAN.
 1. NO SURVEY WAS ATTACHED, PLEASE SUPPLY
 2. NO POLLUTION CONTROL PLAN WAS ATTACHED, PLEASE
 SUPPLY
 3. THERE ARE TWO PROPERTIES SHOWN IN GIS (PROPERTY
 APPRAISERS INFORMATION), SEE GIS SNAP-SHOT. THERE
 SHOULD BE A UNITY OF TITLE FOR THE TWO PROPERTIES FOR
 THE WORK BEING DONE ON BOTH PROPERTIES.
 4. THE AERIAL SHOWS A DUMPSTER ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE
 PROPERTY, BUT NO DUMPSTER DETAIL IS SHOWN ON THE PLAN.
 PLEASE SUPPLY DUMPSTER DETAILS AND SHOW LOCATION ON THE
 PLAN OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
 5. THE EXISTING WATER METER BOX IN THE SIDEWALK WHICH
 IS TO BE REMOVED, WILL REQUIRE THE SERVICE TO BE
 REMOVED AT THE MAIN, BY THE CONTRACTOR. SEE COMMENT NO.

 6. NO STRIPPING DETAILS ARE SUPPLIED, PLEASE SUPPLY.
 7. NO ADA PARKING SPACES OR A ROUTE TO THE CITY
 SIDEWALK ARE SUPPLIED, PLEASE SUPPLY.
 8. CURRIE CRESCENT APPARENTLY RAN NORTH OF ACACIA AT
 ONE TIME. THERE ARE TWO DRIVEWAYS THAT EXIT INTO THESE
 PROPERTIES FROM THE EAST. ARE THESE LEGAL EXIT POINTS
 FOR THE PROPERTY TO THE EAST INTO THIS SITE? IF SO,
 HAVE THEY BEEN CONTACTED AND ASKED ABOUT THE REROUTING
 OF THE TRAFFIC, OUT TO OLIVE AND NOT CURRIE CRESCENT?
 9. THE NEW PARKING LOT IS BEING ADDRESSED, BUT THE
 EXISTING IS NOT, WHY?
 10. THE STORM SEWER SHOULD HAVE A POSITIVE OUTFALL,
 PLEASE SUPPLY THRU THE CATCH BASIN IN THE EXISTING
 PARKING LOT TO THE SOUTH. THAT CATCH BASIN OUTFALLS TO
 ACACIA.
 11. THERE WILL NEED TO BE AN ON-GRADE LEVEL SURFACE AT
 LEAST 44" WIDE ACROSS THE BACK OF THE SIDEWALK FOR ADA
 CROSSING OF THE DRIVEWAY ON OLIVE.
 12. IN SOME CASES THERE IS OVER A FOOT OF DIFFERENCE IN
 THE ELEVATIONS OF THE PROPERTY TO THE NORTH. PLEASE
 EXPLAIN HOW YOU ARE DOING THIS WITH OUT A RETENTION
 WALL.
 13. THE SAME HOLDS TRUE FOR THE SOUTH SIDE, BUT THE
 DIFFERENCE IS ONLY 0.5', HOW WILL THIS BE ADDRESSED?
 14.AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM IS REQUIRED WITH A RPZ BACKFLOW
 PREVENTER, PLEASE SUPPLY A PLAN. IT IS SUGGESTED THAT
 THE SERVICE ON OLIVE BE MOVED NORTH OUT OF THE WAY OF
 THE DRIVEWAY AND BE USED FOR IRRIGATION.
 15. THE SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY
 (EAST OF THE EXISTING BUILDING) IS NOT REQUIRED TO GO
 BACK AS A SIDEWALK, THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY, NOT A
 CITY STREET ANY LONGER.
