 PLEASE ADDRESS ALL COMMENTS IN WRITING. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT THE CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE NORTHERN PORTION OF THE PROPOSED LOGGIA IS SHOWN
 WITHIN THE 12 FOOT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT. THE CITY
 DOES NOT PERMIT BUILDINGS MAY BE CONSTRUCTED WITHIN
 UTILITY EASEMENTS.
  
 2) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FLAGLER PROMENADE PLAT
 PROHIBITS "BUILDINGS, ANY KIND OF CONSTRUCTION OR
 TREES" WITHIN THE EASEMENTS ON THE PLAT. IN ADDITION TO
 THE LOGGIA, THERE IS SPA EQUIPMENT, THE COURTYARD, AND
 OTHER PAVED AREAS SHOWN WITHIN THE 12 FOOT PUBLIC
 UTILITY EASEMENT. PLEASE PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE
 "ANY KIND OF CONSTRUCTION" PORTION OF THIS LANGUAGE NO
 LONGER APPLIES IN ORDER TO CONSTRUCT THE SPA EQUIPMENT,
 THE COURTYARD, AND OTHER AT GRADE PAVED AREAS WITHIN
 THE 12 FOOT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT.
  
 3) AN ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT STOP HAS BEEN
 ADDED TO THIS PERMIT REVIEW IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE
 DISCUSSION REGARDING THE ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OR
 ALL OF THE EASEMENTS AFFECTING 1 AND 2 ABOVE.
  
 4) NOTE THE INSTALLATION OF THE LANDSCAPE MATERIAL
 APPROVED AS PART OF PERMIT NO. 10070731 AND THE YET
 UNSUBMITTED IRRIGATION PERMIT, SHALL BE INSTALLED AND
 PASS FINAL INSPECTION PRIOR TO THE CONSTRUCTION
 SERVICES FINAL INSPECTION OF THE WORK ON THIS PERMIT.
