 1) PROVIDE A SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD, OF THE
 PROPERTY.
  
 2) PROVIDE THE SETBACK DIMENSION FROM THE GATEHOUSE TO
 THE PROPERTY LINE. THIS SETBACK SHALL BE AT LEAST 25
 FEET.
  
 3) PROVIDE HEIGHT OF THE GATEHOUSE.
  
 4) PROVIDE THE ROOF OVERHANG ON THE PALM BEACH LAKES
 SIDE OF THE GATEHOUSE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ROOF
 OVERHANG MAY NOT EXTEND MORE THAN THREE (3) FEET INTO
 THE SETBACK (NO CLOSER THAN 22 FEET FROM FRONT PROPERTY
 LINE).
  
 5) DESCRIBE THE "ENTRY CONTROL CENTER". THIS IS AGAINST
 THE FLOW OF TRAFFIC IF IT IS USED AS A CALL BOX.
  
 6) THE INSTALLATION OF GATES, FENCES AND COLUMNS
 REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 7) NOTE: GATES, FENCES AND COLUMNS MAY ONLY BE A
 MAXIMUM OF 4 FEET TALL WITHIN THE FRONT 25 FOOT
 SETBACK. PLEASE PROVIDE THE 25 FOOT SETBACK LINE ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 8) THE AERIAL OF THE AREA SHOWS TREES AND OTHER
 LANDSCAPE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE PROPOSED GUARD
 HOUSE AND ENTRY SIDEWALKS. PLEASE INDICATE WHAT IF ANY
 LANDSCAPE IS BEING AFFECTED. IF TREES ARE TO BE REMOVED
 AND/OR RELOCATED THEN A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT FROM THE
 PLANNING & ZONING DEPARTMENT IS REQUIRED AND A
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS REQUIRED.
