 REVIEW STATUS: FAILED
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1) THE SITE PLAN SUBMITTED ONLY SHOWS A PARTIAL OF THE
 PROPERTY???THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE SHOWN ON THE PLAN IS
 INCORRECT. PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE
 ACCURATE LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY LINES AND CLARIFY AS
 TO WHETHER OR NOT ANY IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE MADE TO THE
 NORTH HALF OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 2) PLEASE DIMENSION THE WIDTH OF THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY.
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(B)(1) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), SUCH BUFFER SHALL BE A
 MINIMUM OF TEN (10) FEET IN WIDTH.
  
 3) PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(B)(1) OF THE ZLDRS, THE
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY LINE SHALL BE
 A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET IN WIDTH.
  
 4) PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(5) OF THE ZLDRS,
 LANDSCAPE AREAS AND PLANT MATERIALS MUST BE PROTECTED
 FROM VEHICULAR ENCROACHMENT BY NON-MOUNTABLE CONCRETE
 CURBING.
  
 5) PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(3)(B) OF THE ZLDRS,
 ONE (1) INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND OF AT LEAST FIVE (5)
 FEET IN WIDTH SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EVERY TEN (10)
 PARKING SPACES. THERE SHALL BE NO MORE THAN TEN (10)
 CONSECUTIVE SPACES WITHOUT AN INTERIOR LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND.
  
 6) LANDSCAPING SHALL BE INSTALLED WITHIN THE BUFFERS
 AND LANDSCAPE AREAS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDRS. SEE LANDSCAPE PLANNER???S REVIEW COMMENTS
 FOR MORE DETAIL.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
