 PLEASE NOTE AN ELECTRICAL PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 SCOPE OF WORK PURPOSED. 105.1 FBC AS AMENDED.
  
 THESE COMMENTS RELATE TO SHEET 14:
  
 1} NOTE #17 IS INCOMPLETE. SEE 210.12 NEC 2008 FOR ARC
 FAULT LOCATIONS, CHANGE NOTE TO REFLECT SAME. ALSO
 SEE406.11 FOR TAMPER RESISTANT RECEPTACLE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 2} THE EQUIPMENT GROUND BETWEEN THE METER AND
 DISCONNECT ON THE RISER DIAGRAM CREATES A PARALLEL PATH
 TO GROUND WITH THE NEUTRAL AND MUST BE REMOVED. AN
 ISOLATED NEUTRAL AND EQUIPMENT GROUND ARE TO BE RAN
 FROM THE FIRST MEANS OF DISCONNECT. 250.6.
  
  
 3} A GROUNDING ELECTRODE CONDUCTOR IS REQUIRED SIZED
 PER 250.66. INDICATE LOCATION AND SIZE ON THE RISER.
  
 4} THE AIR HANDLER CIRCUIT 27 & 29 ON THE PANEL
 SCHEDULE (35 AMPS) DOES NOT CORRELATE WITH THE A/C
 SCHEDULE MOCP (20) .408.4.
  
 THESE COMMENTS RELATE TO SHEET 11
  
 6} LABEL ALL ROOMS FOR CLARITY, RECORD RETENTION AND SO
 OUTLET REQUIREMENTS OF 210.52 CAN BE REVIEWED.
  
 7} SMOKE ALARMS MUST BE INSTALLED TO COMPLY WITH R313.2
 RESIDENTIAL FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. INDICATE LOCATION ON
 PLANS, SEE R313.4 FOR CARBOBON MONOXIDE DETECTION
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 8} VERIFY FAN CIRCUIT NUMBER IN UPPERBEDROOM. M16 IS
 LABELED "SPARE" ON THE SCHEDULE AND M15 WOULD BE IN
 VIOLATION OF 210.11(C)(3).
  
 9} THE DISCONNECT FOR CU #2 IS IN VIOLATION OF WORKING
 SPACE CLEARANCE 110.26.
  
 NOTE THE GENERATER SHOWN ON SHEET 11 REQUIRES A
 SEPARATE PERMI WITH PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. ALSO A
 SURVEY ONDICATING SETBACKS.
