 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. IRRIGATION AND LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PERMITTED
 SEPARATELY. PLEASE SUBMIT AN IRRIGATION APPLICATION
 WITH TWO SETS OF IRRIGATION PLANS. FOR THE LANDSCAPING,
 PLEASE SUBMIT AN APPLICATION WITH TWO SETS OF LANDSCAPE
 PLANS AND A COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST
 OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO
 UNIT COST.
  
 2. ALL PARKING SHALL BE DOUBLE STRIPED. PLEASE INCLUDE
 THE CITY APPROVED STRIPING DETAIL.
  
 3. THE LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS WERE INCORRECT. OPEN
 SPACE IS BASED UPON THE TOTAL LOT AREA LESS THE
 BUILDING FOOTPRINT. THE REMAINING SQUARE FOOTAGE IS THE
 OPEN SPACE. IF THIS IS A SINGLE FAMILY HOME, PLEASE
 BASE THE CALCULATIONS ON SINGLE FAMILY REQUIREMENTS.
 THE XERISCAPE TABULATIONS WERE NOT PROVIDED.
  
 4. ALL TREES TO REMAIN SHALL BE FLORIDA #1 GRADE OR
 BETTER. OTHERWISE, THEY SHALL BE CORRECTIVELY PRUNED BY
 A CERTIFIED ARBORIST IF THIS WILL BRING THEM BACK TO AN
 ACCEPTABLE CONDITION. THEY SHALL BE REMOVED IF
 CORRECTIVE PRUNING WILL NOT BRING THEM BACK INTO AN
 ACCEPTABLE CONDITION.
  
 5. ALL OVERHEAD AND UNDERGROUND UTILITIES, OVERHANGING
 TREE CANOPIES FROM NEIGHBORING PROPERTY, EASEMENTS AND
 ANYTHING ELSE THAT MAY INTERFERE WITH THE PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPING SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO
 AVOID CONFLICTS.
