 1. PLEASE PROVIDE TWO IDENTICAL SETS OF DOCUMENTS FOR
 PERMIT ISSUANCE.
  
 2. THE DOCUMENT TITLED "PRODUCT APPROVAL REVIEW FORM"
 SHOWS THAT THE NOA LIMIT IS -60PSF. I AM UNABLE TO
 LOCATE THIS ON THE NOA, WAS THE CORRECT PRODUCT
 APPROVAL PROVIDED? SEE OTHER COMMENTS, ALL OPENINGS MAY
 NOT MEET REQUIRED DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 3. PLEASE HAVE THE ENGINEER DETERMINE ZONE FOR OPENING
 2, CORNER UNITS, OR USE ZONE 5 PRESSURES. THE KITCHEN
 WINDOW IS A SMALL WINDOW WHICH, BASED ON THE FLOOR PLAN
 AND PHOTOGRAPHS, SHOULD BE IN ZONE 5. SEE ENGINEERING,
 INSTRUCTIONS #8.
  
 4. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW YOU HAVE DETERMINED SQUARE FOOT
 AREAS. FOR INSTANCE: APT 101, OPENING 1, 48X72, IS A
 24SF OPENING, BUT 35SF PRESSURES WERE USED. SEE OTHER
 COMMENTS REGARDING ZONE AND BUILDING HEIGHT; -58.8 PSF
 USED, BUT -113.7PSF MAY BE REQUIRED.
  
 5. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW YOU HAVE DETERMINED THE BUILDING
 HEIGHT. 70' WAS USED ON THE DESIGN PRESSURE CHART, BUT
 THIS BUILDING APPEARS TO BE 9 STORIES. TYPICALLY A
 MINIMUM OF 10FT PER STORY IS USED TO ESTIMATE BUILDING
 HEIGHT, WHICH RESULTS IN 7.7' PER STORY. EITHER USE 90'
 AS BUILDING HEIGHT OR HAVE THE ENGINEER CERTIFY
 BUILDING HEIGHT.
