 1- ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2009 REVISIONS TO
 THE 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE, THIS BUILDING IS
 LOCATED ON EXPOSURE "C" NOT "B". REVISE THE OPENING
 DESIGN PRESSURES ON SHEET S1 TO REFLECT EXPOSURE "C".
  
 2- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) ROOF TILE TO BE INSTALLED.
 B) ROOF TILE ADHESIVE IF USING ADHESIVE FOR TILE
 INSTALLATION. SEE TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR LISTED
 ADHESIVES. SPECIFY HOW ARE TILES GOING TO BE INSTALLED.
 C) FLAT ROOF TO BE INSTALLED AND,
 * CLEARLY IDENTIFY WHICH APPROVED ASSEMBLY AND BASE
 SHEET FASTENING OPTION IS GOING TO BE USED TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.
 ** PROVIDE NAIL ENHANCING FOR PERIMETER AND CORNER
 AREAS AS REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7. SEE LAST
 PAGE OF NOA SUBMITTED. IF RAS 117 CALCULATIONS ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED, THEN PROVIDE SIGNED
 AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS. SEE LAST PAGE OF NOA
 SUBMITTED.
 NOTE: ASSEMBLIES THAT ARE LIMITED BY GENERAL LIMITATION
 #9 CAN'T BE USED IN THIS BUILDING BECAUSE THEY DON'T
 MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.
 D) FRENCH DOOR: FRENCH DOOR NOA 07-0103.02 SUBMITTED
 EXPIRED ON FEBRUARY 24, 2010. NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT
 NOA.
  
 3- ARCHITECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVE ALL PRODUCT
 APPROVALS IN WRITING (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 4- ARCHITECT TO SPECIFY ROOF VENTILATION AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R806 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 5- REVISE SHEET A3 TO OMIT WORK ON PORCH ROOF.
  
 6- SHEET S3: ROOF FRAMING DETAIL #3 AND SECOND FLOOR
 FRAMING DETAIL #2 WERE REVISED AND NOW THEY ARE MISSING
 THE WOOD FRAMING MEMBERS. MISSING THE TOP AND BOTTOM
 PLATES.
  
 7- REVISE STUCCO THICKNESS ON BUILDING SECTION #1 ON
 SHEET A2 AND NOTE S7 ON SHEET S2.
