 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2009 REVISIONS.
  
 1- ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2009 REVISIONS TO
 THE 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE, THIS BUILDING IS
 LOCATED ON EXPOSURE "C" NOT "B". REVISE WIND DESIGN
 CRITERIA AND THE OPENING DESIGN PRESSURES ON SHEET S1.
  
 RESPONSE: EXPOSURE WAS REVISED ON SHEET S1, BUT THE
 OPENING DESIGN PRESSURES WERE NOT REVISED TO REFLECT
 EXPOSURE "C".
  
 2- OWES $2093.06. PERMIT FEE BALANCE.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) ROOF TILE TO BE INSTALLED.
  
 RESPONSE: NOT SUBMITTED.
  
 B) ROOF TILE ADHESIVE IF USING ADHESIVE FOR TILE
 INSTALLATION. SEE TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR LISTED
 ADHESIVES. SPECIFY HOW ARE TILES GOING TO BE INSTALLED.
  
 RESPONSE: NOT SUBMITTED.
  
 C) FLAT ROOF TO BE INSTALLED AND,
 * CLEARLY IDENTIFY WHICH APPROVED ASSEMBLY AND BASE
 SHEET FASTENING OPTION IS GOING TO BE USED TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.
 ** PROVIDE NAIL ENHANCING FOR PERIMETER AND CORNER
 AREAS AS REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7. SEE LAST
 PAGE OF NOA SUBMITTED. IF RAS 117 CALCULATIONS ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED, THEN PROVIDE SIGNED
 AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS. SEE LAST PAGE OF NOA
 SUBMITTED.
 NOTE: ASSEMBLIES THAT ARE LIMITED BY GENERAL LIMITATION
 #9 CAN'T BE USED IN THIS BUILDING BECAUSE THEY DON'T
 MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.
  
 RESPONSE: NOT SUBMITTED.
  
 D) FRENCH DOOR: FRENCH DOOR NOA 07-0103.02 SUBMITTED
 EXPIRED ON FEBRUARY 24, 2010. NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT
 NOA.
  
 4- ARCHITECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVE ALL PRODUCT
 APPROVALS IN WRITING (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. THIS
 APPLIES TO NEW PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE MISSING WITH
 THIS SUBMITTAL.
  
 5- SPECIFY ROOF VENTILATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R806 OF
 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 ***NOTE: COORDINATE WITH INFORMATION SHOWN ON THE
 ENERGY CALCULATIONS. ENERGY CALCULATIONS SHOW VENTED
 ATTIC.
  
 RESPONSE: ARCHITECT'S PLANS DON'T SPECIFY ANY FOAM
 INSULATION AS SHOWN ON RESPONSE LETTER. ALSO, PLANS
 DON'T SPECIFY INSULATION VALUE FOR THE WALLS. AND,
 ENERGY CALCULATIONS WERE NOT REVISED. ARCHITECT TO
 SPECIFY WALL AND CEILING INSULATION ON PLANS AND
 COORDINATE INFORMATION WITH THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 6- PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR CANVAS ROOF TO BE REMOVED FOR NEW CONCRETE TILE TO
 BE INSTALLED.
  
 RESPONSE: ARCHITECT'S RESPONSE WAS THAT WORK OMITTED
 FROM SCOPE OF WORK, BUT SHEET A3 WAS NOT REVISED TO
 OMIT THIS WORK.
  
 7- SHEET S3: ROOF FRAMING DETAIL #3 AND SECOND FLOOR
 FRAMING DETAIL #2 WERE REVISED AND NOW THEY ARE MISSING
 THE WOOD FRAMING MEMBERS. MISSING THE TOP AND BOTTOM
 PLATES.
  
 8- A) ENERGY CALCULATIONS TO BE SIGNED AND DATED BY THE
 OWNER/AGENT.
  
 RESPONSE: NOT DONE.
  
 B) COORDINATE INFORMATION ON ENERGY CALCULATIONS WITH
 INFORMATION GIVEN ON THE PLANS SUBMITTED. EG: CHECK
 ROOF VENTILATION, ETC. SEE ITEM #5 ABOVE.
  
 RESPONSE: NOT DONE.
  
 9- REVISE THICKNESS OF STUCCO SPECIFIED ON ALL DETAILS
 AND SPECIFICATIONS. EXTERIOR STUCCO TO BE 7/8" AS
 REQUIRED BY TABLE R702.1(1).
  
 RESPONSE: REVISE BUILDING SECTION #1 ON SHEET A2 AND
 NOTE S7 ON SHEET S2.
  
 10- BRING ALL REVISED PLANS TO HISTORIC TO GET THEM
 RE-STAMPED PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL TO THIS OFFICE.
