 1- ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2009 REVISIONS TO
 THE 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE, THIS BUILDING IS
 LOCATED ON EXPOSURE "C" NOT "B". REVISE WIND DESIGN
 CRITERIA AND THE OPENING DESIGN PRESSURES ON SHEET S1.
  
 2- PROVIDE RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 713.13
 FLORIDA STATUTE.
 ***NOTE: THIS MAY BE RECORDED AT TIME OF PERMIT PICK
 UP.
  
 3- PROVIDE COPY OF THE PAID IMPACT FEES RECEIPT.
  
 4- OWES $2093.06. PERMIT FEE BALANCE.
  
 5- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) ROOF TILE TO BE INSTALLED.
  
 B) ROOF TILE ADHESIVE IF USING ADHESIVE FOR TILE
 INSTALLATION. SEE TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR LISTED
 ADHESIVES.
  
 C) FLAT ROOF TO BE INSTALLED AND,
 * CLEARLY IDENTIFY WHICH APPROVED ASSEMBLY AND BASE
 SHEET FASTENING OPTION IS GOING TO BE USED TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.
 ** PROVIDE NAIL ENHANCING FOR PERIMETER AND CORNER
 AREAS AS REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7. SEE LAST
 PAGE OF NOA SUBMITTED. IF RAS 117 CALCULATIONS ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED, THEN PROVIDE SIGNED
 AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS. SEE LAST PAGE OF NOA
 SUBMITTED.
 NOTE: ASSEMBLIES THAT ARE LIMITED BY GENERAL LIMITATION
 #9 CAN'T BE USED IN THIS BUILDING BECAUSE THEY DON'T
 MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.
  
 D) FRENCH DOOR WITH TRANSOM ABOVE AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 6- ARCHITECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVE ALL PRODUCT
 APPROVALS IN WRITING (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. THIS
 APPLIES TO NEW PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE MISSING WITH
 THIS SUBMITTAL.
  
 7- SPECIFY ROOF VENTILATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R806 OF
 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 ***NOTE: COORDINATE WITH INFORMATION SHOWN ON THE
 ENERGY CALCULATIONS. ENERGY CALCULATIONS SHOW VENTED
 ATTIC.
  
 8- PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR CANVAS ROOF TO BE REMOVED FOR NEW CONCRETE TILE TO
 BE INSTALLED.
  
 9- CLEARLY COORDINATE TRUSS CONNECTOR SCHEDULE WITH
 FRAMING PLANS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN
 LOADS OF SEC. R301.. FRAMING PLANS DON'T SPECIFY ANY
 CONNECTORS.
 ALSO, COORDINATE TRUSS CONNECTOR SCHEDULE WITH THE
 CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON DETAILS SHOWN ON SHEET S3. EG:
 DETAIL #2 SPECIFIES SIMPSON HETA24. THIS IS A MASONRY
 EMBEDDED CONNECTOR. NEED TO SPECIFY WOOD TO WOOD
 CONNECTOR. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 10- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 BALCONY GUARDRAIL TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH TABLE R301.5
 AND SEC. R312.
  
 11- A) ENERGY CALCULATIONS TO BE SIGNED AND DATED BY
 THE OWNER/AGENT.
  
 B) COORDINATE INFORMATION ON ENERGY CALCULATIONS WITH
 INFORMATION GIVEN ON THE PLANS SUBMITTED. EG: CHECK
 ROOF VENTILATION, ETC. SEE ITEM #7 ABOVE.
  
 12- SHEET A0:
 A) REVISE CITED CODE. CURRENT CODE IS 2007 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2009 REVISIONS NOT 2004 CODE.
  
 B) REVISE LEVEL OF ALTERATION. THIS IS NOT A LEVEL ONE
 ALTERATION. SEE CHAPTER 4 OF THE 2007 EXISTING BUILDING
 CODE TO PROPERLY CLASSIFIED ALTERATION LEVEL AND REVISE
 AS REQUIRED.
  
 13- REVISE THICKNESS OF STUCCO SPECIFIED ON ALL DETAILS
 AND SPECIFICATIONS. EXTERIOR STUCCO TO BE 7/8" AS
 REQUIRED BY TABLE R702.1(1).
