| FACE OF THE ENCLOSED CAR PORT TO THE PROPERTY LINE, |
| THEN AN ADDITIONAL ON-SITE PARKING SPACE SHALL BE |
| PROVIDED MEETING ALL CODE REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE NOTE |
| THAT A PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF |
| THE ADDITIONAL PARKING SPACE. |
