| FROM A THOROUGHFARE. THIS APPLIES TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF |
| THE PARKING LOT. |

| 8. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) (4), AT LEAST ONE |
| SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED IN A REQUIRED |
| BUFFER STRIP FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET OF PORTION |
| THEREOF. THIS APPLIES TO THE NORTH PERIMETER OF THE |
| SITE. ADDITIONAL TREES WILL NEED TO BE PLANTED ADJACENT |

| PARKING LOT. A TWO FOOT LANDSCAPE STRIP IS NOT WIDE |
| ENOUGHT TO ACCOMMODATE A HEDGE AND THE ROOT BALLS OF |
| THE PROPOSED TREES. |

| 10. A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED. PLEASE SUBMIT |
| AN APPLICATION AND TWO SETS OF LANDSCAPE PLANS TO THE |
| PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT. |

| 11, THE SITE PLAN SHALL BE FULLY DIMENSIONED. |
