2010-08-18 12:12:011. A DEMOLITION PERMIT CANNOT BE APPROVED UNTIL A
 BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE NEW CONSTRUCTION HAS BEEN
 APPROVED.
 2. NEW CONSTRUCTION REQUIRES 3 PARKING SPACES. PLEASE
 PROVIDE INFORMATION ON ORIGINAL PAL BUILDING APPROVAL
 TO DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES INCLUDED ON
 THE APPROVAL AS REQUIRED PARKING.
 3. LANDSCPE DRAWINGS ARE REQUIRED. SEE LANDSCAPE
 COMMENTS.
 4. EXISTING PARKING AREA REQUIRES ENHANCEMENT OF
 LANDSCAPE AREAS.
 5. PARKING DETAIL SHALL COMPLY WITH CITY STANDARDS,
 INLCUDING WHEEL STOP.
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE A SUEVEY OF THE ENTIRE PROPERTY,
 INCLUDING UNDERGROUND AND ABOVE GROUND UTILITY
 LOCATIONS.
 7. A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 REMOVAL OF EXISTING TREES.
 8. UNITY OF TITLE WILL BE REQUIRED.
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO COMFIRM COMPLIANCE
 WITH 30% TRANSPARENCY REQUIREMENT ON THE NORTH
 ELEVATION.
 10. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SCREENED ACCORDING TO
 SECTION 94-444(B).
 11. BIKE RACKS SHALL BE LOCATED OVER A CONCRETE PATH.
 12. STREET LIGHTING SHALL BE PROVIDED TO ATTAIN THE
 APPROPRIATE FOOTCANDLE MEASUREMENT NECESSARY FOR SAFE
 PEDESTRIAN MOVEMENT. A MINIMUM 0.6 FOOTCANDLES AS
 MEASURED AT THE BACK OF THE CURB AND ONE FOOT ABOVE THE
 SIDEWALK IS REQUIRED.
