 NEW ADDITION ARE TO BE CONSIDERED A-3 OCCUPANCY, A
 COMMUNITY CENTER . PLEASE REVIEW FBC-B 303.1
  
 3.SECOND REQUEST, MINIMUM TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE

 INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS:
 FIRE -RESISTANCE BASED ON SEPERATION
 FIRE-RESISTANT PROTECTION FOR TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION
 PLANS INDICATE A REQUIRED 2 HR EXTERIOR BEARING WALL,
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE EQUIVALENT THICKNESS FOR THE 2 HR
 RATED BLOCK FROM THE MANUFACTURER.FBC-B 721.2.1.1 &

 DOUBT, OR WHERE A LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR TO THAT
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL SHALL REQUIRE THAT THE NECESSARY INVESTIGATION
 BE MADE. SUCH INVESTIGATION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 1802.4 THROUGH 1802.6 .
