 1A) SHEET G-101, A-001 DEMOLITION & SITE PLAN A-002
 INDICATE THERE TO BE WORK ON MULTIPLE LOTS, A UNITITY
 OF TITLE WILL BE REQUIRED. UNITY OF TITLE. THE PROPOSED
 BUILDING STRUCTURE TRANSGRESSES LEGAL BOUNDARY LINES
 BETWEEN THE LOTS WHICH COMBINE TO FORM 'THE SITE'. A
 'UNITY OF TITLE' SHALL BE RECORDED AT THE COUNTY
 COURTHOUSE. SUBMIT A COPY OF THE RECORDED 'UNITY OF OF
 TITLE' DOCUMENT SO THAT FBC TABLE 601 BOUNDARY LINE
 REQUIREMENTS MAY BE DEEMED NOT APPLICABLE. THIS WOULD
 ALLOW TWO STRUCTURES ON THE SAME LOT. PLEASE REVIEW
 FBC-B 503.1.2 TWO OR MORE BUILDINGS ON THE SAME LOT
 SHALL BE REGULATED AS SEPARATE BUILDINGS OR SHALL BE
 CONSIDERED AS PORTIONS OF ONE BUILDING IF THE HEIGHT OF
 EACH BUILDING AND THE AGGREGATE AREA OF BUILDINGS ARE
 WITHIN THE LIMITATIONS OF TABLE 503 AS MODIFIED BY
 SECTIONS 504 AND 506. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE
 APPLICABLE TO THE AGGREGATE BUILDING SHALL BE
 APPLICABLE TO EACH BUILDING.
  
 THE OTHER WAY THIS COULD BE CONFIGURED AS TWO SEPERATE
 BUILDINGS ON TWO SEPERATE LOTS WITH AN ENCLOSED WALKWAY
 BETWEEN BUILINGS. SEE FBC-B DEFINITION:
  
 WALKWAY, ENCLOSED. A ROOFED, UNOBSTRUCTED WALKWAY
 CONNECTING BUILDINGS AND USED AS A MEANS OF TRAVEL BY
 PERSONS AND WHERE 50 PERCENT OR MORE OF THE PERIMETER
 IS ENCLOSED AND THE MAXIMUM WIDTH PERPENDICULAR TO THE
 DIRECTION OF TRAVEL IS LESS THAN 30 FEET (9144 MM).
  
 THIS CONFIGURATION THE ENCLOSED WALKWAY WOULD HAVE TO
 MEET ALL THE REQUIREMENTS OF FBC-B 3104. THE SECOND
 ISSUE IS THE PERCENTAGE OF ALLOWABLE OPENINGS TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE FBC-B TABLE 704.8.
 UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED A THOROUGH REVIEW CAN NOT
 BE ACCOMPLISHED!!!!!!
  
 1B) THE SECOND ISSUE IS BOTH STRUCTURES ARE BEING
 DECLARED AS TYPE II BUILDINGS. PLEASE REVIEW ALLOWABLE
 COMBUSTIBLE IN FBC-B 603.1 AND TABLE 601 FOOTNOTE "C
 &D". PLEASE ALSO REVIEW COMMUNITY AFFAIRS/ BOAF
 INTERPRETATION #5106 THAT STATES THE ROOF FRAMING
 MEMBERS (TRUSSES) AND DECKING WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE
 NON-COMBUSTIBLE AS WELL AS THE REQUIREMENTS IN FBC-B
 3104.3 CONSTRUCTION OF PEDESTRIAN WALKWAYS OR ENCLOSED
 WALKWAYS.
  
 2 ) THE PLANS THAT WERE SUBMITTED ARE CONCEPTUAL IN
 NATURE A THOROUGH REVIEW CAN NOT BE COMPLETED AT THIS
 TIME. FBC-B 106.3.5THE MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR
 COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 BUILDING
  
 1. SITE REQUIREMENTS:
  
 SET BACK/SEPARATION (ASSUMED PROPERTY LINES OR DISTANCE
 FROM THE PROPERTY LINE TO EACH OF THE STRUCTURES)
  
 2. OCCUPANCY GROUP AND SPECIAL OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS
 SHALL BE DETERMINED.
 SHEET G-101 CLEARLY STATES THESE BUILDINGS ARE TO BE
 BUSINESS OCCUPANCY. THE EXISTING BUILDING INDICATES A
 MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM AND THE PLANS STATE THE BUILDINGS
 ARE ATHLETIC LEAGUE ACTIVITY CENTERS. FOR THE EXISTING
 BUILDING IT COULD BE POSSIBLY BUSSINESS SECOND FLOOR
 SINCE THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE ANY OF THE USAGE ON THE
 SECOND FLOOR SO IT COULD BE A MIXED USE BUILDING. BUT
 THTE NEW CONSTRUCTION IS CLEARLY A A-3 OCCUPANCY.
 PLEASE REVIEW 303.1, 508 MIXED USE & TABLE 503 FOR A-3
 HEIGHT AND AREA.
  
 3. MINIMUM TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE DETERMINED
 (SEE TABLE 503). SEE COMMENTS ABOVE.
  
 4. FIRE-RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS SHALL
 INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS:
 FIRE-RESISTANT SEPARATIONS
 FIRE-RESISTANT PROTECTION FOR TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION
 UNTIL THE ISSUES WITH PROPERTY LINES, OR PROPOSED
 PROPERTY LINES, TWO BUILDINGS ON THE SAME LOT ( FBC-B
 503.1.2) THE FIRE ISSUES CAN NOT BE REVIEWED.
  
  
 5.FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS SHALL INCLUDE:
 EARLY WARNING SMOKE EVACUATION SYSTEMS SCHEMATIC FIRE

 CURRENTLY IT APPEARS THE WRONG OCCUPANCY TYPE HAS BEEN
 LISTED FOR THE NEW CONSTRUCTION AND FOR THE EXISTING
 TWO STORY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO
 DETERMINE IF THIS IS A MIXED USE BUILDING WITH OR
 WITHOUT SEPERATION (508.2.2 / 508.3.2.)
  
  
 7. OCCUPANCY LOAD/EGRESS REQUIREMENTS SHALL INCLUDE:

 ONCE THE ABOVE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION ARE KNOWN THEN

 8. STRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS SHALL INCLUDE:
 SOIL CONDITIONS/ANALYSIS:1802.2.1 QUESTIONABLE SOIL.
 WHERE THE SAFE-SUSTAINING POWER OF THE SOIL IS IN
 DOUBT, OR WHERE A LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR TO THAT
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL SHALL REQUIRE THAT THE NECESSARY INVESTIGATION
 BE MADE. SUCH INVESTIGATION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 1802.4 THROUGH 1802.6 .
  
 BUILDING ENVELOPE (PRODUCT APPROVALS)
 ROOF SYSTEMS CAN NOT BE REVIEWED UNTIL WE KNOW THE TYPE
 OF ROOFING COMPONENTS METAL OR WOOD TRUSSES,
 NOTE THE LOADS TO BE RESISTED ARE NOT PROVIDED, UPLIFT,
 LATERAL OR GRAVITY LOADS.
  
 9. MATERIALS SHALL BE REVIEWED AND SHALL AT A MINIMUM
 INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
