| SINCE THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE ANY OF THE USAGE ON THE |
| SECOND FLOOR SO IT COULD BE A MIXED USE BUILDING. BUT |
| THTE NEW CONSTRUCTION IS CLEARLY A A-3 OCCUPANCY. |
