 500 SQUARE FEET. PLEASE PROVIDE A TOTAL BUILDING SQUARE
 FOOTAGE CALCULATION TO CONFIRM COMPLIANCE. THE PROPOSAL
 IS REMOVING THE EXISTING PARKING SPACES. A FULL PARKING
 CALCULATION MUST BE DONE.
 3. PLEASE INCLUDE DIMENSION TO INDICATE PROPOSED
 BUILDING SETBACK.
 4. UNITY OF TITTLE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE PROJECT.
 5. PARKING IS PROVIDED FROM AN ALLEY THAT IS NOT
 PLATTED. LEGAL INFORMATION SHALL BE PROVIDED TO VERIFY
 THE "ALLEY" COULD BE USED.
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR DUMPSTER LOCATION.
 7. LANDSCAPE DRAWINGS WILL BE REQUIRED.
 8. A TREE REMOVAL PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED.
 9. PARKING SHALL BE SCREENED WITH HEDGES AND TREES
 EVERY 30 FEET.
 10. PLEASE SUBMIT A SURVEY OF THE ENTIRE PROPERTY,
 INCLUDING UNDERGROUND AND ABOVE GROUND UTILITY
 LOCATIONS.
