 1A) TOP LANDING IS TO SHORT, 11-4.8 .4(2) THE TOP
 LANDING TO BE A MINIMUM OF 5'-0" IN THE DIRECTION OF
 TRAVEL.
  
 1B) THE RAMP ITSELF IS INDICATED AS 6'-6" LONG
 REQUIRING HANDRAILS ON BOTH SIDES. 11.4.8.5. HANDRAILS:
 IF A RAMP HAS A RISE GREATER THAN 6" OR A HORIZONTAL
 PROJECTION GREATER THAN 72", THEN
 IT SHALL HAVE HANDRAILS ON BOTH SIDES.
  
 1C) THE PLANS DO NOT PROVIDE A DIMENSION FOR THE BOTTOM
 LANDING, 11-4.8.4 (2) REQUIRES THE BOTTOM LANDING TO BE
 A MINIMUM OF 72" OF STRAIGHT AND LEVEL CLEARENCE.
  
 2) SHEET A-1 ALL OF THE OTHER ENTRANCES OR EXITS
 INDICATE A DROP MAKING THESE UN-ACCESSIBLE, SIGNAGE IS
 REQUIRED. SEE 11-4.1.3(8)(D) ENTRANCES WHICH ARE NOT
 ACCESSIBLE SHALL HAVE DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE COMPLYING
 WITH SECTIONS 11-4.30.1, 11-4.30.2, 11-4.30.3, AND
 11-4.30.5, WHICH INDICATES THE LOCATION OF THE NEAREST
 ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE.
  
 3) SHEET A-1 MEN'S RESTROOM DOOR# 16 IS MISSING THE 18"
 LATCH SIDE OF THE DOOR. 11-4.13.6 MANEUVERING

 BE AS SHOWN IN FIG. 25. THE FLOOR OR GROUND AREA WITH

 5) PLANS INDICATE THE FLAT ROOF IS TO BE REPLACED WITH
 MODIFIED BITUMEN, NO PRODUCT APPROVALS WERE SUBMITTED,
 WHEN SUBMITTED PLEASE INDICATE TYPE OF ROOF INSULATION
 WITH SYSTEM.

 6) WINDOW AND DOOR PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE TO BE REVIEWED
 BY THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL, 106.3.3 PRODUCT APPROVALS.
 THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE
 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 7) ARCH FG-4500 STOREFRONT SYSTEM WAS SUBMITTED BUT
 THTE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE WHERE THIS UNIT IS TO BE
 INSTALLED. 106.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED.
  
 8) THE ELEVATIONS INDICATE WITHIN THE EXTERIOR WALL
 GLASS BLOCK WINDOWS AS WELL AS A-3 WINDOW SCHEDULE
 WINDOW TYPE "H". RULE 9B-72 (31)(B) WILL REQUIRE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  
 9) THE MASONITE PRODUCT APPROVAL PLEASE HIGHLIGHT WHICH
 OF THESE PRODUCT ARE GOING TO BE INSTALLED SINCE EACH
 MODEL HAS DIFFERENT POSITIVE & NEGATIVE PRESSURES.
  
 10) SHEET M-1 NOTE #20 INDICATES THE NEW A/C CONDENSING
 UNITS ARE TO SIT ON THE EXISTING ROOF CURBS. PLEASE
 NOTE MECH. 301.12 WIND RESISTANCE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT,
 APPLIANCES AND SUPPORTS THAT ARE EXPOSED TO WIND SHALL
 BE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED TO RESIST THE WIND PRESSURES
 ON THE EQUIPMENT & THE SUPPORTS AS DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE
 WITH THE FL BLD CODE. THIS MAY BE ACCOMPLISHED BY
 DESIGN OR BY APPLICATION OF SECTION 301.12.1.
  
 11) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
