 1) THE PLANS COMPLY WITH ZONING REQUIREMENTS. THE

 BELOW HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED. ONCE THE INFORMATION IS
 SUFFICIENTLY PROVIDED, ZONING WILL CHANGE TO A "PASS"

 2) PER ORDINANCE NO. 3987-06:
  
 A. A USE CHART SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING AND
 ZONING AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENTS CONCURRENT
 WITH ALL BUILDING PERMIT AND/OR OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE
 APPLICATIONS STATING THE SQUARE FOOTAGE DEVOTED TO THE
 USES WITHIN BUILDINGS 1, 2 AND 3. THE SPECIFIC SQUARE
 FOOTAGE USE WITHIN EACH BUILDING MAY NOT EXCEED THE
 ALLOWANCES OUTLINED IN THE BUILDING USE SQUARE FOOTAGE
 TABLE (BELOW FOR BUILDING #3), UNLESS THE PROPERTY
 OWNER PROVIDES A TRAFFIC EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT,
 PREPARED BY A LICENSED TRAFFIC ENGINEER, DEMONSTRATING
 THAT THE APPROVED TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY FOR THE PROJECT
 IS NOT EXCEEDED.

 OF DAILY TRIPS, AM TRIPS AND PM TRIPS GENERATED FOR
 EACH USE AND ITS SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR EACH BUILDING. THE
 TRAFFIC STATEMENT SHALL INCLUDE THE TRIPS ASSOCIATED
 WITH THE SPECIFIC USE AND A CUMULATIVE TABLE FOR ALL OF
 THE USES APPROVED IN THE PREMIER PARK OF COMMERCE CPD.
