 D. SIDE: FIVE FEET MINIMUM, 15 FEET TOTAL
  
 4. IS THE SCOPE OF WORK ENCLOSING AN AREA WHERE
 EXISTING COLUMNS ARE? THE PERMIT AND PLANS ARE NOT
 CLEAR.
