| EXTERNAL IMPACTS. |
| PURSUANT TO TABLE XV-6 OF THE ZONING AND LAND |
| DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE FACILITY IS |
| REQUIRED TO HAVE ONE (1) PARKING SPACE FOR EVERY 500 |
| SQUARE FEET OF ENCLOSED SPACE. |
| THEREFORE, 20 PARKING SPACES, INCLUDING ONE (1) SPACE |
| DESIGNATED FOR THE DISABLED, MUST BE SHOWN ON THE SITE |
| PLAN. ADDITIONALLY, A MINIMUM OF ONE (1) BICYCLE SPACE |
| MUST SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN. |
| PLEASE REFER TO THE STALL PAINTING DETAIL ILLUSTRATED |
