 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) PERMIT, RADON AND COUNTY IMPACT FEES WILL BE
 REQUIRED WHEN APPLYING FOR PERMIT.
  
 2) A CONTRACTOR THAT HAS BEEN REGISTERED WITH THE
 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENT WILL BE REQUIRED
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED. THE STATUS AT
 THIS TIME IS TBD.
  
 3) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT WILL
 BE REQUIRED BY THE TIME OF THE FIRST INSPECTION.
  
 4) TWO COPIES OF A SURVEY SHOWING THE PROPOSED LOCATION
 OF THE STRUCTURE AND THE DISTANCE TO PROPERTY LINES IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 5) THE FAIR HOUSING DESIGN GUIDE LINES DO NOT APPLY TO
 SINGLE FAMILY DWELLINGS. ACCORDING TO THE FAIR HOUSING
 DESIGN MANUAL, THE FAIR HOUSING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE FAIR HOUSING ACT APPLY TO NEW
 MULTIFAMILY HOUSING CONSISTING OF FOUR OR MORE DWELLING
 UNITS.
  
 6) TWO COPIES OF CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE REQUIRED
 FOR THE EXTERIOR DOORS, WINDOWS, WINDOW MULLIONS,
 OVER-HEAD GARAGE DOOR, ROOF SHINGLES, BLOCK LINTELS,
 HARDY-PLANK SIDING, ETC. PER DCA RULE 9B-72.
  
 7) FBC R301.2.1.2 REQUIRES ALL GLAZED OPENINGS TO BE
 PROTECTED FROM WIND-BORNE DEBRIS. IF THE LARGE MISSILE
 IMPACT RATED WINDOWS INDICATED ON THE PLANS, ARE NOT
 INSTALLED, THEN STORM PANELS WILL BE REQUIRED. TWO
 COPIES OF THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE STORM PANELS,
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULES AND KEY PLANS WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 8) THE DOOR FROM THE GARAGE TO THE LIVING AREA IS
 REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH FBC R 309 (GARAGE SEPARATION)
 AND FBC N1103.AB (ENERGY) AND CAN NOT BE A HOLLOW METAL
 DOOR.
  
 9) THE WINDOW SCHEDULE ON SHEET A1.1 DOES NOT SPECIFY
 THE TYPE OF WINDOW, SUCH AS SINGLE HUNG, DOUBLE HUNG,
 CASEMENT, ETC. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 10) THE DOOR SCHEDULE ON A1.1 LISTS A WOOD OVER-HEAD
 GARAGE DOOR AND THE NOTES AT THE TOP SPECIFIES A STEEL
 ONE. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 11) THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS SPECIFY R-7 INSULATION AT
 THE EXTERIOR BLOCK WALLS. SHEET A4.1 SPECIFIES R-3
 RIGID INSULATION AT EXTERIOR BLOCK WALLS. SECTION
 N1100.A.1.1 OF THE 2007 FBC ENERGY GLITCH AMENDMENTS
 ONLY ALLOWS THE R-VALUE OF ADDED INSULATION FOR THE
 CALCULATIONS. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 12) SPECIFY THE ATTIC ACCESS SIZE AND LOCATION ON THE
 PLANS AS REQUIRED BY R807.1.
  
 13) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECIFICATIONS AND INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE
 SPRAY FOAM INSULATION TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R806.4
 AND R314.
  
 14) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF SIGNED AND SEALED TRUSS DRAWINGS
 COMPLYING WITH R802.1.6.1 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED BY THE STRUCTURAL DESIGNER OF RECORD OF THE
 STRUCTURE FOR THE TWO ROOF OPTIONS.
  
 15) ON SHEET A1.1 THE SAFETY GLAZING NOTE SHOULD
 REFERENCE SECTION FBC R308.4 AND NOT FBC 2406.3.
  
 16) DETAIL 3 ON SHEET A2.1 FAILS TO PROVIDE A
 CONTINUOUS LOAD PATH FOR THE PENT. ROOF. PLEASE SPECIFY
 THE RAFTER TO HEADER, HEADER TO KNEE BRACE, BRACE TO
 POST AND POST TO WALL CONNECTIONS. R 301.1
  
 17) NOTE 0907 SPECIFIES METAL STUDS AT 18" OC. IS THIS
 MEANT TO BE 16" OC PLEASE CLARIFY.

 PLYWOOD ON THE SOFFIT. TYPICALLY HIGH RIB METAL LATH
 WITHOUT BACKING IS USED ON THE SOFFIT. HOWEVER, ASTM C
 926 REFERENCED BY FBC R703.6.1 REQUIRES THE STUCCO TO
 BE 7/8" WHEN APPLIED VERTICALLY TO METAL LATH OVER A
 SOLID BASE. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 19) SPECIFY THE METHOD AND FASTENERS THAT WILL BE USED
 TO ATTACH THE FAUX WOOD OUT-LOOKERS.
  
 20) THE TRUSS ANCHOR SCHEDULE ON SHEET S-2 LISTS AN
 EXPIRATION DATE OF 1/1/2010 FOR ALL CONNECTORS. PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
