 "C". NOT "B". REVISE ALL DOORS/WINDOWS DESIGN PRESSURES
 ACCORDINGLY.
 B) UPDATE ALL INFORMATION SHOWN ON DESIGN PARAMETERS TO
 REFLECT THE 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2009
 REVISIONS. REVISE THE FBC CODE SECTIONS CITED AND THE
 YEAR FOR ASCE 7.
 C) REVISE PLYWOOD SHEATHING NAILING SCHEDULE FOR ROOF.
 NEED TO USE 8D RING SHANK NAILS AND SPACING IS 4"O.C.
 IN ROOF ZONE #3. SEE SEC. R803.2.3.1 AND REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 4- SHEET A-5. TWO STORY WALL SECTION: A) REVISE THE
 ATTIC INSULATION TO MATCH THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS.
 B) SPECIFY HOW MUCH EMBEDEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 ANCHOR BOLTS IN THE (2)2X10 LEDGER SUPPORTING THE
 SECOND FLOOR TRUSSES TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 DESIGN LOADS OF SEC. R301 AND STRUCTURUAL NOTES ON
 SHEET A-7.
  
 5- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) SHUTTERS AS SHOWN ON ELEVATIONS. AND PROVIDE
 COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.
 B) PRECAST LINTELS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
 C) ENTRY DOOR.
 D) FRENCH DOORS THAT MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 CALCULATED BY THE ARCHITECT. DESIGN PRESSURES ON
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL FL-7630.4 SUBMITTED DON'T MEET
 THE DESIGN PRESSURES CALCULATED BY THE ARCHITECT. ALSO,
 CLARIFY WHICH FRENCH DOOR PRODUCT APPROVAL IS GOING TO
 BE USED. THERE ARE DIFFERENT PRODUCT APPROVALS
 SUBMITTED INCLUDING AN NOA 08-0409.04. PROVIDE ONLY THE
 ONE THAT IS GOING TO BE USED AND MEET THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES CALCULATED BY THE ARCHITECT.
  
 6- ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 7- REVISE THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. PROVIDE CORRECT
 BUILDER'S NAME AND COMPLETE THE REST OF THE INFORMATION
 ON TOP OF THE FORM.
  
 8- SURVEYS NEED TO HAVE SURVEYOR'S ORIGINAL SIGNATURE
 (NOT COPY) AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 472 OF FLORIDA
 STATUTES.
  
 9- TRUSS PACKAGE:
 A) TOTAL DESIGN LOAD TO MATCH DESIGN LOAD SPECIFIED BY
 THE ARCHITECT ON STRUCTURAL NOTES ON SHEET A-7.
 B) ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 COMPLETE TRUSS PACKAGE PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL TO THIS
 OFFICE.
 C) TRUSS ENGINEER TO PROVIDE ALL HIS INFORMATION AND
 PROVIDE ORIGINAL SEAL AND SIGNATURE ON TRUSS LAYOUT AND
 INDIVIDUAL TRUSSES AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 471 AND SEC.
 61G15-23.002 OF FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.
  
 10 BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.)
 TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED
 PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT.
  
 11- PERMIT VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 IS TOO LOW. OWES $1762.01 FOR UPDATED PERMIT VALUATION
 AND RADON FEES.
