 IN OR VIEWING OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES.

 SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE OVERTURNING EFFECTS
 CAUSED BY LATERAL FORCES SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE
 SECTION 1609 FOR WIND AND SECTION 1610 FOR LATERAL SOIL

 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN DATA. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
 RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF
 WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE DESIGN OF THE
 LATERAL-FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE BUILDING:
 4.1. BASIC WIND SPEED (3-SECOND GUST), MILES PER HOUR
 (KM/HR).
  
 4.2. WIND IMPORTANCE FACTOR, I W , AND BUILDING
 CLASSIFICATION FROM TABLE 1604.5 OR TABLE 6-1, ASCE 7
 AND BUILDING CLASSIFICATION IN TABLE 1-1, ASCE 7.
  
 4.3. WIND EXPOSURE, IF MORE THAN ONE WIND EXPOSURE IS
 UTILIZED, THE WIND EXPOSURE AND APPLICABLE WIND

 5) 1802.2.1 QUESTIONABLE SOIL. WHERE THE

 THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL SHALL REQUIRE THAT THE NECESSARY INVESTIGATION
 BE MADE. SUCH INVESTIGATION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 1802.4 THROUGH 1802.6.
  
 1802.2.4 PILE AND PIER FOUNDATIONS. PILE AND PIER
 FOUNDATIONS SHALL BE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED ON THE
 BASIS OF A FOUNDATION INVESTIGATION AND REPORT AS
 SPECIFIED IN SECTIONS 1802.4 THROUGH 1802.6 AND SECTION
 1808.2.2.
  
 1808.2.2 GENERAL. PIER AND PILE FOUNDATIONS SHALL BE
 DESIGNED AND INSTALLED ON THE BASIS OF A FOUNDATION
 INVESTIGATION AS DEFINED IN SECTION 1802, UNLESS
 SUFFICIENT DATA UPON WHICH TO BASE THE DESIGN AND
 INSTALLATION IS AVAILABLE.

 7) ANOTHER ISSUE WITH B2 IS THE GRATING SIZE OF 1 ??
 INCHES SQUARE. PLEASE REVIEW :
 11-4.5.4 GRATINGS. IF GRATINGS ARE LOCATED IN WALKING
 SURFACES, THEN THEY SHALL HAVE SPACES NO GREATER THAN
 1/2 INCH (13 MM) WIDE IN ONE DIRECTION [SEE FIGURE
 8(G)]. IF GRATINGS HAVE ELONGATED OPENINGS, THEN THEY
 SHALL BE PLACED SO THAT THE LONG DIMENSION IS
 PERPENDICULAR TO THE DOMINANT DIRECTION OF TRAVEL [SEE
 FIGURE 8(H)].
  
 8) SHEET B9 INDICATES ON THE LAND SIDE OF THE PROJECT A
 RAMP. THIS RAMP INDICATES A SLOPE OF 1:20 WHICH
 QUALIFIES NOT NEEDING HANDRAILS BUT THE REQUIREMENT FOR
 EDGE PROTECTION IS STILL REQUIRED. 1010.9 EDGE
 PROTECTION. EDGE PROTECTION COMPLYING WITH SECTION
 1010.9.1 OR 1010.9.2 SHALL BE PROVIDED ON EACH SIDE OF
 RAMP RUNS AND AT EACH SIDE OF RAMP LANDINGS.
  
 9) SHEET B9 & B10 INDICATED A STAIR WITH THREE RISERS
 MEASURING 7 INCHES OR A TOTAL RISE OF 21 INCHES. THE
 PLANS INDICATE AN ELEVEN INCH TREAD PLEASE REVIEW
 1003.5.1 WHERE A CHANGE IN LEVEL MEANS OF EGRESS NOT
 EXCEEDING 21 INCHES (533 MM) IS ACHIEVED BY A STAIR,
 THE MINIMUM TREAD DEPTH OF SUCH STAIR SHALL BE 13
 INCHES (330 MM) AND THE PRESENCE AND LOCATION OF EACH
 STEP SHALL BE READILY APPARENT.
  
 10) SHEET B9 THE HANDRAIL INDICATED ON THE LEFT SIDE OF
