 REVIEW STATUS: FAILED
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1) PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-304(B)(3) OF THE CITY???S
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS),
 ACCESSORY STRUCTURES SHALL BE LOCATED NO CLOSER THAN
 SIX (6) FEET TO THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE. THE PROPOSED
 ADDITION TO THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE DOES NOT CONFORM TO
 THIS PROVISION.
  
 2) PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-74(A)(3), SIDE SETBACKS FOR
 THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5)
 FEET. THE SECOND FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM ADDITION DOES NOT
 CONFORM TO THIS PROVISION.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE THE OVERALL HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING,
 AS MEASURED FROM FINISHED GRADE TO THE MEAN POINT OF
 THE PITCHED ROOF. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INDICATE THE
 OVERALL HEIGHT OF THE CHIMNEY. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDRS,
 THE OVERALL MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT IS 30 FEET, AND THE
 CHIMNEY SHALL NOT BE ANY TALLER THAN 33 FEET.
  
 4) PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305(B)(4), MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT EXTEND MORE THAN FOUR (4) FEET INTO
 ANY REQUIRED SETBACK. AS THE EAST PROPERTY LINE HAS THE
 FIVE (5) FOOT SETBACK, THE WEST PROPERTY LINE SHALL
 HAVE A SETBACK OF AT LEAST TEN (10) FEET FOR THE
 PRIMARY STRUCTURE; THEREFORE, THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 SHALL BE SET BACK AT LEAST SIX (6) FEET FROM THE WEST
 PROPERTY LINE.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
