 REVISION DENIED/INCOMPLETE INFORMATION
  
 FOUND NONCOMPLIANT WITH THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1} SHEET E-2 IS MISSING THE RISER DIAGRAM, ELECTRICAL
 NOTES AND LEGEND, PANEL SCHEDULES AND LOAD
 CALCULATIONS. ALSO THE PLUMBING DIAGRAM HAS BEEN
 REMOVED, SUBMIT NEW PLUMBING PLANS TO SHOW THE
 REVISIONS TO THE PLAN.105.1 FBC AS AMENDED.
  
 2} POOL EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN ADDED, A SEPARATE POOL
 PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS WORK, THE LOAD CALCULATIONS
 AND PANEL SCHEDULE MUST BE REVISED. 105.1FBC.
  
 3} THE METER LOCATION HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM SHEET E-1,
 INDICATE LOCATION OF SAME SO THAT COMPLIANCE WITH
 ARTICLES 225 AND 230 CAN BE REVIEWED.
  
 4} KITCHEN RECEPTACLE SPACING MUST COMPLY WITH
 210.52(A), 210.52(C), AND 210.8(A)(6) GFI. THE AREA ON
 EITHER SIDE OF THE RANGE DO NOT APPEAR TO COMPLY WITH
 THE 2' SPACING.
  
 5} THE PANEL INROOM 104 "LAUNDRY, 2ND FLOOR, IS IN
 VIOLATION OF ARTICLE 110.26(A)(2) WIDTH OF WORKING
 SPACE THE WIDTH OF THE WORKING SPACE IN FRONT OF THE
 ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT SHALL BE THE WIDTH OF THE EQUIPMENT
 OR 750 MM (30 IN.), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. IN ALL CASES,
 THE WORK SPACE SHALL PERMIT AT LEAST A 90 DEGREE
 OPENING OF EQUIPMENT DOORS OR HINGED PANELS.SEE SHEET
 A-2 FOR DIMENSION OF THAT SPACE (2'-31/4")
