 BEEN AGREED TO BY OWNER AND CONTRACTOR AS FOLLOWS:
 EXHIBIT ???A??? TO REVISION 10030048 TO PERMIT 09020618
  
 ZONING CONDITIONS:
 1. SEPARATE PERMITS SHALL BE APPLIED FOR AND OBTAINED
 FOR LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS AND THESE SHALL BE INSTALLED
 AND INSPECTED PRIOR TO FINAL APPROVAL FOR PARKING LOT.
 SAID LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS SHALL BE PROTECTED FROM
 DAMAGE BY A CONCRETE CURB.
 2. ALL SPACE RE-STRIPING SHALL BE DOUBLE LINE PER CITY
 ORDINANCE.
 ENGINEERING CONDITIONS:
 1. ENTRANCE ROAD MUST BE GROUND AND PROTECT/REPLACE
 EXISTING COUNTY TRAFFIC LOOPS.
 2. INSTALL PEDESTRIAN CROSSING AT ENTRANCE
 3. DO NOT INSTALL STOP SIGN AT BANYAN
 4. INSTALL NO PARKING SIGNS IN FRONT OF DUMPSTER.
 5. NO BIRDBATHS WILL BE ALLOWED. ENSURE PROPER
 DRAINAGE.
 6. OBTAIN RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT FOR MODIFICATIONS IN
 RIGHT OF WAY IN FLAGLER DRIVE.
 FIRE DEPARTMENT CONDITIONS:
 1. PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN 20??? CLEAR LANE AT ENTRANCE NO
 BOLLARDS OR OTHER OBSTRUCTIONS ALLOWED.
 2. SEPARATE APPLICATION, PLANS, AND PERMITS ARE
 REQUIRED FOR ANY PROPOSED SECURITY GATES. ANY SUCH
 PLANS WILL BE REQUIRED TO DEMONSTRATE PRESENCE OF A
 KNOX KEY SWITCH.
 3. SUITABLE SIGNAGE SHALL BE PROVIDED ALONG THE
 BULKHEAD ADJACENT TO THE PAVER ROAD FOR ALL DOCKS WHICH
 INDICATES ???NO PARKING, FIRE LANE, BY ORDER OF POLICE
 AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS.
 4. NO PARKING SIGNS SHALL BE PLACED ALONG ALL FIRE LANE
 AREAS IN ADDITION TO PAVEMENT MARKINGS.
 5. THE FIRE LANE NEXT TO THE DOCKS NEEDS TO BE
 RELOCATED ADJACENT TO THE EXISTING FIRE DEPARTMENT
 CONNECTION AND HYDRANT IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THE
 MANDATORY CLEARANCES REQUIRED BY LAW.
 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONDITIONS:
 1. ALL EXISTING HANDICAP SPACES MUST BE RELOCATED TO
 WEST SIDE OF CENTER PARKING AREA AND CONFIGURED SO THAT
 UTILIZATION OF EACH SPACE SHALL NOT REQUIRE TRAVEL
 BEHIND ANY PARKED VEHICLES INCLUDING THOSE IN
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES.
 2. ALL SIGNAGE AND STRIPING FOR ACCESSIBLE SPACES SHALL
 COMPLY WITH CHAPTER 11 OF THE FBC.
 3. TRAVEL AISLE FOR ACCESSIBILITY SHALL BE ROUTED
 THROUGH ISLANDS ALONG WEST SIDE OF PARKING FIELD AND
 THEN ROUTED EAST ALONG NORTH SIDE OF PARKING ISLANDS
 BEFORE CROSSING DRIVE AISLE TO RAMP. THIS AISLE SHALL
 BE FULLY STRIPED PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 11 FBC.
 4. DETECTIBLE WARNINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED AT ALL
 LOCATIONS THE TRAVEL AISLE ENTERS/CROSSES TRAVEL LANES.
 5. SEPARATE APPLICATION, PLANS AND PERMIT SHALL BE
 REQUIRED FOR PROPOSED IRRIGATION WORK.
 6. REVISED ???AS-BUILT??? DRAWINGS SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 AND ACCEPTED UPON REVIEW BY THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT WHICH BEAR THE SIGNATURE AND SEAL OF THE
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FOR THE PROJECT (BOHLER
 ENGINEERING).
