 1. ALL CONSTRUCTION, DEMOLITION, AND RENOVATION TO
 COMPLY WITH NFPA 241.
  
 2. TEMPORARY DRIVEWAYS SHOWN ON PAGE C-PD.02 SHALL NOT
 INTERFERE WITH EMERGENCY OPERATIONS.
  
 3. SEPARATE PLANS AND PERMITS REQUIRED FOR UNDERGROUND
 DEISEL AND LIQUFIED PETROLEUM GAS TANKS.
  
 4. SEPARATE PLANS AND PERMITS REQUIRED FOR THE
 RELOCATION OF THE EXISTING GENERATOR IN PHASE I.
  
 5. A DEMOLITION PERMIT AND UTILITY LETTERS ARE REQUIRED
 PRIOR TO THE DEMOLITION OF THE EXISTING STATION.
  
 6. FIRE MAIN SIZES ARE NOT CALLED OUT ON PAGE C-WS.02.
  
 7. ALL FIRE HYDRANTS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH THE PROPER
 CLEARANCES.
  
 8. EXIT STAIRS ARE TO BE KEPT UP WITH CONSTRUCTION.
  
 9. SEPARATE PLANS AND PERMITS REQUIRED FOR THE HOOD,
 DUCT, AND FIRE SUPPRESISON SYSTEM.
  
 10. ONLY ONE FIRE EXTINGUISHER SHOWN NEAR THE ICE MAKER
 ON PAGE LS-1 IS NEEDED. THE OTHER SHOULD BGE RELOCATED
 TO THE ADMINISTRATION AREA.
  
 11. TACTILE SIGNAGE REQUIRED AT ALL EXIT DOORS.
  
 12. SEPARATE PLANS AND PERMITS REQUIRED FOR THE FIRE
 ALARM SYSTEM. THE REQUIRED FIRE ALARM SYSTEM SHALL BE
 MONITORED BY A LICENSED CENTRAL STATION THAT IS THIRD
 PARTY CERTIFICATED.
  
 13. PLEASE PROVIDE DIAGONAL DIMENSIONS FOR THE BUILDING
 THAT ILLUSTRATE THAT THE EXITS ARE AT LEAST 1/3 THE
 DISTANCE APART.
  
 14. THE HOOD SHAFT APPEARS TO TRAVEL THROUGH THE
 BUNKROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR NEAR THE DOORWAY. PLEASE
 EXPLAIN RATIONALE.
  
 15. ALL FIRE RATED WALLS ARE TO BE PROPERLY IDENTIFIED
 AS FIRE WALLS AND ALL OPENINGS ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 PROTECTED.
  
 16. A KNOX-BOX WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE BUILDING.
  
 17. KNOX-BOX LOCKING CAPS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE FIRE
 DEPARTMENT CONNECTION (FDC).
  
 18. THE BUILDING ADDRESS IS REQUIRED ON THE PROPER
 ELEVATION. A MINIMUM OF AT LEAST 6" HIGH AND AT LEAST
 1" WIDE NUMBERS ARE REQUIRED.
  
 19. ELEVATOR WARNING SIGNS ARE REQUIRED AT EACH
 ELEVATOR LOBBY.
  
 20. ALL FIRE DAMPERS AFTER INSTALLATION SHALL BE DROP
 TESTED TO ENSURE PROPER OPERATION.
  
 21. THE KITCHEN EXHAUST FAN SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF AT
 LEAST 10 FEET FROM THE KITCHEN SUPPLY FANS.
  
 22. ON PAGE E-0.01, PLEASE PROVIDE PROPER EDITIONS TO
 CODES CITED.
  
 23. TAMPER SWITCHES SHOWN ON PAGE E-0.02 ARE IN THE
 INCORRECT LOCATION. THESE TAMPER SWITCHES SHOULD BE ON
 THE NORTH SIDE NOT THE SOUTH SIDE.
  
 24. PLEASE ILLUSTRATE ON SHEET E-2.01 WHERE THE
 EMERGENCY LIGHTS ARE LOCATED IN THE KITCHEN AND GREAT
 ROOM.
  
 25. IT APPEARS THAT NONE OF THE RESTROOMS HAVE ANY
 EMERGENCY LIGHTS. ARE THESE LIGHTS CONNECTED TO THE
 GENERATOR.
  
 26. ARE THE BUNKROOM INDIVIDUAL ROOMS. IF SO WHY ARE NO
 SMOKE DETECTORS PROVIDED.
  
 27. NO EMERGENCY LIGHT FIXTURE COULD BE LOCATED NEAR
 MEZZANINE STAIRS.
  
 28. ELECTRICAL PANEL DIRECTORIES ON PAGE E-6.01 NEED TO
 BE COMPLETED.
  
 29. ON PAGE E-7.01, THE FIRE ALARM RISER INDICATES A
 DEDICATED TELEPHONE CONNECTION. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT
 TWO PHONE LINES ARE REQUIRED WITH 2 RJ31X JACKS.
  
 30. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CONNECTION SHOWN ON PAGE
 FP-0.02 IS SHOWN IS A DIFFERENT LOCATION AND IS FACING
 TOWARDS THE PARKING AREA INSTEAD OF THE DRIVEWAY.
  
 31. ON PAGE P-2.01 PLUMBING PIPES ARE NOTED IN STAIR
 3.52. THIS IS AN EXIT STAIR.
  
 32. SECUIRTY DEVICES PLANNED FOR DOORS AS ILLUSTRATED
 ON PAGE T-2.05 SHALL COMPLY WITH SPECIAL LOCKING
 ARRANGEMENTS OF THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE.
  
 33. NFPA 75 SHALL BE NOTED ON THE PLANS. THE IT ROOM
 AND THE MIS ROOM SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF
