 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING. THE SUBMITTAL OF THE
 REQUESTED INFORMATION MAY GENERATE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 2. PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT SURVEY, WHICH
 INCLUDES THE PROPERTY'S ADDRESS AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR"): AS THE VALUE OF
 THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE
 (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 APPLY FOR A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT, SUBMIT TWO (2)
 COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF THE ZLDR.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485. GENERAL PROVISIONS.
  
 (G) TRAFFIC CONTROL AIDS. TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS AND
 PAVEMENT MARKINGS SHALL BE USED AS NECESSARY TO ENSURE
 SAFE AND EFFICIENT TRAFFIC OPERATIONS WITHIN ALL
 PARKING AND LOADING AREAS. REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING
 SPACES SHALL BE DELINEATED BY FOUR INCH WHITE DOUBLE
 STRIPED LINES. CURBS, WHEEL-STOPS, OR BOLLARDS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED TO PROTECT LANDSCAPED AREAS, PEDESTRIAN AREA,
 BUILDINGS, AND PROPERTY LINES. ALL SIGNS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH THE MANUAL OF UNIFORM TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES
 FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION, UNITED STATES
 DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, 1978, AS ADOPTED BY THE
 STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, AS REVISED.
  
 DELINEATE AREAS OF SEPARATION (I.E. CURBING) ON BOTH
 THE SITE PLAN AND LANDSCAPE PLANS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485, FIGURE XV-2, GENERAL
 PARKING DIMENSIONS:
  
 A. THE MINIMUM DIMENSIONS FOR PARKING STALLS ARE 8'-6"
 IN WIDTH BY 18' IN DEPTH.
 B. THE WHEEL STOP SHALL BE LOCATED WITH TWO (2) FEET
 FROM THE BACK OF THE WHEEL STOP TO THE TERMINUS OF THE
 PARKING STALL.
 C. PROVIDE STALL PAINTING DETAILS ON PLANS.
  
 RESUBMITTAL (10/6/10): PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR THE REGULAR
 PARKING SPACES THAT MEET THE MINIMUM DIMENSION
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING CODE.
  
  
 7. THE DUMPSTER IS NOT EXISTING. PROVIDE LOCATION THAT
 IS FUNCTIONAL FOR VEHICLE MANEUVERING AND TURN-AROUND
 SPACE. THE PROPOSED LOCATION DOES NOT SHOW THE MINIMUM
 DIMENSIONS OR REQUIRED LANDSCAPE SCREENING SURROUNDING
 THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE. ALSO, THE AREA ADJACENT TO
 LAKEWOOD ROAD SHOWS THE EXISTING VEHICULAR APRON TO BE
 CLOSED OFF.
  
 RESUBMITTAL: PROVIDE DETAIL OF DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE THAT
 MEETS SECTION 94-444(B) (FIGURE XIV-3 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 A SEPARATE RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT IS REQUIRED AND SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT AND APPROVED
 PRIOR TO APPROVAL FOR THIS PERMIT. PROVIDE A COPY OF
 THE PERMIT. HOWEVER, STAFF SUGGESTS A MEETING WITH THE
 ARCHITECT/DESIGNER TO DISCUSS POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO THE
 DUMPSTER ACCESS FOR THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT THAT MAY
 INVOLVE LEAVING THE EXISTING APRON OPEN FOR EASIER
 ACCESS TO THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
  
 8. A MINIMUM FIVE (5) FOOT BACK-UP SPACE IS REQUIRED AT
 THE END OF THE PARKING AREA ADJACENT TO THE EXISTING
 OUTDOOR AREA.
  
 9. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485, ONE (1) LOADING SPACE OF
 A MINIMUM OF 10'X25' IS REQUIRED.
  
 10. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485(Q) - ONE (1) BICYCLE
 PARKING SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EVERY 20 AUTOMOBILE
 PARKING SPACES, OR FRACTION THEREOF.
  
 11. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485(O) - THE PROPOSED
 DISABLED PARKING DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE BUILDING
 THROUGH A CURB/SIDEWALK. SPACES SHALL BE LOCATED SO
 THAT USERS ARE NOT COMPELLED TO WALK OR OTHERWISE MOVE
 BEHIND PARKED VEHICLES. WILL THE ENTRANCE TO THE
 RESTAURANT REMAIN ON DIXIE OR BY THE ADJACENT ADA
 PARKING SPACE? THE CONCRETE STUB OUT AREA ADJACENT TO
 THE BUILDING SHALL BE REMOVED AND ACCOMMODATION SHALL
 BE MADE FOR ACCESSIBILITY. PROVIDE DETAIL OF THE
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING WITH DIMENSIONS AND COLOR
 REQUIREMENT PURSUANT TO FDOT AND ZLDR REQUIREMENTS. A
 COPY CAN BE PROVIDED FOR YOUR REFERENCE.
  
 RESUBMITTAL: IS THERE ACCESS TO THE BUILDING FROM THE
 SIDEWALK AREA (FRONT PROPERTY)? IF SO, THERE IS NO
 PROPOSED ADA ACCESS TO THE SIDEWALK, UNLESS THEY USE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
  
 13. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485 (B)(2), THE PROPOSED
 ON-STREET PARKING SPACE AND REDUCTION OF APRON IS ON
 FDOT RIGHT-OF-WAY, THEREFORE, AN FDOT PERMIT SHALL BE
 OBTAINED PRIOR TO APPROVAL BY THE CITY TO COUNT IT
 TOWARDS REQUIRED/PROVIDED PARKING. A COPY OF THE
 APPROVED PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THIS
 PERMIT.
  
 RESUBMITTAL: COMMENT NOT ADDRESSED. A PERMIT FROM FDOT
 WAS NOT SUBMITTED.
