 SETBACKS FOR PRINCIPAL BUILDING IN A SINGLE-FAMILY LOW
 DENSITY ("SF7") RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT IS AS FOLLOWS:

 B. CORNER: 12.5 FEET;
 C. REAR: 15 FEET OR TEN PERCENT OF LOT DEPTH, WHICHEVER
 IS LESS;
 D. SIDE: FIVE FEET MINIMUM, 15 FEET TOTAL
  
 THE PROPOSED SIDE SETBACK DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM
 REQUIREMENT. PROVIDE THE REAR SETBACK DIMENSION.
