 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN
 FORMAT.
  
 1. PROVIDE THE SPACING FOR ALL PROPOSED PLANT MATERIAL.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE
 XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS. THIS DOES NOT APPEAR TO MEET
 THE MINIMUM SHADE TREE REQUIREMENT.
  
 3. PLEASE SHOW ALL UTILITES, OVERHEAD LINES, EASEMENTS
 AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT MAY INTERFERE WITH THE PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPING ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 4. ALL EXISTING TREES, SHURBS AND GROUND COVER TO
 REMAIN SHALL BE IDENTIFIED.
  
 5. LANDSCAPING REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT. PLEASE
 SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE AMENDED LANDSCAPE PLAN AND A
 COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL
 LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT
 COST.
  
 6. A SEPARATE IRRIGATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED.
  
 7. IF ANY TREES WILL BE REMOVED, A TREE ALTERATION
 PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED. THE APPLICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE
 AT THE FRONT DESK OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT.
