 2. FENCE EXCEEDS MAXIMUM HEIGHT ALLOWABLE. PURSUANT TO
 THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS, SECTION 94-302(B)(1):
 MAXIMUM HEIGHT. IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, NO FENCE OR
 WALL SHALL EXCEED SIX FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN REQUIRED
 SIDE AND REAR SETBACKS. FENCES OR WALLS SHALL NOT BE IN
 EXCESS OF 48 INCHES IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE REQUIRED 25
 FOOT FRONT SETBACK. THE PROPOSED SIX (6) FOOT HIGH
 FENCE IS WITHIN THE FRONT SETBACK.
