 1) PROVIDE A SURVEY, LESS THEN A YEAR OLD, WHICH SHOWS
 DIMENSIONS TO THE PROPERTY LINE OF ALL EXISTING
 STRUCTURES.
  
 2) PROVIDE THE ROOF OVERHANG DIMENSION ON THE ELEVATION
 DRAWINGS.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE HEIGHT, AS DEFINED BE THE CITY'S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, FOR THE NEW CUPOLA ON
 THE ELEVATION DRAWINGS.
  
 4) PROVIDE THE SETBACK DIMENSION OF THE SHOWER
 STRUCTURE ON THE SITE PLAN. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SHALL
 BE A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET FROM THE EAST PROPERTY
 LINE.
  
 5) THE ENTRY ARBOR IS NOT PERMITTED WITHIN THE FRONT
 SETBACK (25 FEET).
  
 6) PLEASE PROVIDE THE SETBACK DIMENSION OF THE POOL
 EQUIPMENT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL EQUIPMENT SHALL
 NOT EXTEND MORE THAN FOUR (4) FEET INTO THE REQUIRED
 SETBACK.
  
 7) AN EASEMENT RELEASE SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE
 PORTION OF THE SUNDECK THAT IS PROPOSED WITHIN THE
 UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE.
  
 8) PROVIDE VERIFICATION ON THE PLANS THAT THE FRONT
 YARD CONTAINS THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75
 PERCENT LANDSCAPING IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-482
 OF THE ZLDR.
  
 9) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($77,000) EXCEEDS 50%
 OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($63,776) ACCORDING TO THE
 P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. THE
 LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED AS A SEPARATE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT. THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT BY THE
 ZONING DIVISION.
  
 10) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE ALSO REQUIRED FOR THE
 DRIVEWAY, THE FENCE, IRRIGATION, THE EXTERIOR LIGHTING
 AND THE POOL.
  
 11) THE TREES SHOWN IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND THE
 DRIVEWAY APPROACH REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMIT APPROVALS
 FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
