 1) PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR): AS THE VALUE OF
 THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE
 (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR. PAPA SHOWS THE IMPROVEMENT VALUE AS $734,432
 AND THE PERMIT VALUES FOR PHASE I AND PHASE II TOTALS
 $443,500 (GREATER THAN 50%).
  
 2) PRIOR TO THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY (C.O.), A
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS
 94-442 AND 94-445 OF THE ZLDR IS REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND
 THE LANDSCAPE SHALL BE INSTALLED AND RECEIVE A FINAL
 (502) INSPECTION APPROVAL. NOTE: IT APPEARS FROM THE
 AERIAL OF THE SITE THAT THERE ARE PALM TREES BEING
 REMOVED IN THE LOCATION OF THE NEW LOGGIA, THE PLANS
 INDICATE THERE IS NEW LANDSCAPE BEING INSTALLED, AND
 LANDSCAPE IS BEING REMOVED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE
 GENERATOR.
  
 3) THE GENERATOR REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT. THE
 GENERATOR SHALL BE SCREENED WITH LANDSCAPE FROM THE
 PROPERTY TO THE NORTH.
