 1) THE TEMPORARY SALES OFFICE FEATURES SHALL BE SHOWN
 ON THE PENDING MINOR PD AMENDMENT.
  
 2) NOTE: PER ORDINANCE NUMBER 4221-09, THE DEVELOPER'S
 SALES OFFICE SHALL PROMINENTLY DISPLAY A SIGN AT A
 MINIMUM SIZE OF ONE AND A HALF (1.5) FEET X TWO (2)
 FEET STATING, "THIS PROJECT CONTAINS WORKFORCE HOUSING
 UNITS". THE SIGN SPECIFICATIONS AND LOCATION SHALL BE
 SHOWN ON THE TEMPORARY MODEL DWELLING UNIT PLANS
 INCLUDED AS PART OF THIS PERMIT.
  
 3) NOTE: PER ORDINANCE NUMBER 4221-09:
  
 A) DEVELOPER SHALL DISCLOSE THE EXISTENCE OF WORKFORCE
 HOUSING UNITS TO ALL PURCHASERS OF UNITS WITHIN OAKTON
 PRESERVE AND SHALL DISCLOSE THE RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS
 REGARDING THE WORKFORCE HOUSING TO ALL QUALIFIED BUYERS
 OF SUCH WORKFORCE HOUSING UNITS.
  
 B) THE OAKTON PRESERVE PORTION OF THE CPD WILL BE
 SUBJECT TO A DECLARATION CREATING A HOMEOWNERS
 ASSOCIATION. THE DECLARATION OF SUCH ASSOCIATION SHALL
 DISCLOSE IN ALL CAPITALIZED AND UNDERLINED WORDING THAT
 THE DEVELOPMENT INCLUDES 13 WORKFORCE HOUSING UNITS.
  
 C) PRIOR TO THE FIRST CONVEYANCE OF ANY INDIVIDUAL UNIT
 OR THE ISSUANCE OF THE BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE THIRD
 RESIDENTIAL BUILDING TO BE CONSTRUCTED, WHICHEVER FIRST
 OCCURS, THE DEVELOPER SHALL RECORD THE OAKTON PRESERVE
 PLAT, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 CONCURRENTLY WITH THE RECORDING THE OAKTON PRESERVE
 PLAT, THE DEVELOPER SHALL RECORD THE WORKFORCE HOUSING
 RESTRICTIVE COVENANT AGAINST EACH OF THE 13 WORKFORCE
 HOUSING UNITS, IN FORM AND SUBSTANCE SIMILAR TO EXHIBIT
 G OF ORDINANCE NO. 4162-08 . THE RECORDED WORKFORCE
 HOUSING RESTRICTIVE COVENANT SHALL INCLUDE THE LEGAL
 DESCRIPTION, THE PROPERTY CONTROL NUMBER (PCN) AND THE
 ADDRESS OF EACH OF THE 13 WORKFORCE HOUSING UNITS.
  
 4) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TEMPORARY MODEL DWELLING UNIT
 MAY BE USED FOR SALES FOR ONLY 2 YEARS FROM THE
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY (C.O.) OF THE TEMPORARY MODEL
 DWELLING UNIT. NOTE: THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 ADMINISTRATOR MAY GRANT UP TO AN ADDITIONAL TWO YEARS.
