 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) THE GARAGE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONVERTED BACK TO THE
 ORIGINAL CONDITION WHEN THE TIME ALLOTED BY ZONING FOR
 THE TEMPORARY SALES OFFICE HAS EXPIRED.
  
 2) SPECIFY THE APPLICABLE CODE INFORMATION ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 3) SPECIFY THE WIND DESIGN DATA ON THE PLANS AS
 REQUIRED BY FBC 1603.1. SPECIFY THE BASIC WINDSPEED,
 IMPORTANCE FACTOR, EXPOSURE, COMPONENT AND CLADDING
 PRESSURES, ETC.
  
 4) SPECIFY THE HURRICANE STRAPS AND CONNECTORS THAT
 WILL BE USED ON THE EXTERIOR WOOD FRAME IN-FILL WALL AT
 THE GARAGE DOOR OPENING AND SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR THEM AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9B-72.
  
 5) SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 STRUCTURAL WINDOW MULLIONS AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE
 9B-72.
  
 6) ELEVATION NOTE #2 ON SO-1 REFERENCE FBC
 2510.5.1/2517.5.11. ACCORDING TO THE 2007 FBC THE FIRST
 SECTION IS NOT RELEVANT AND THE SECOND DOES NOT EXIST.
 PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 7) THE SALES OFFICE IS REQUIRED TO BE EQUIPPED WITH A
 TOILET FACILITIES PER 2007 FBC PLUMBING SECTIONS 403.1,
 403.2 AND 403.4. THE PLANS SHOW THAT THE DOOR FROM THE
 GARAGE (SALES OFFICE) TO THE DWELLING UNIT IS TO BE
 BLOCKED OFF. IF THE SALES OFFICE AREA IS SEPARATED FROM
 THE DWELLING UNIT, THEN A TOILET FACILITY IS REQUIRED
 IN THE SALES OFFICE. IN ORDER FOR THE TOILET ROOM IN
 THE DWELLING UNIT TO BE USED THE DOOR CAN NOT BE
 BLOCKED AND BECAUSE FBC 11-4.1.1(4) REQUIRES TEMPORARY
 STRUCTURES TO COMPLY WITH ACCESSIBILITY, THE TOILET
 ROOM IS REQUIRED TO BE ON AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE PER
 11-4.1.3 (11).
  
 8) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A SITE PLAN WITH DETAILS
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH FBC 11-4.1.2 (5) AND 11-4.6 FOR
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING REQUIREMENTS AND ACCESSIBLE ROUTES.
  
 9) THE DOORS IN THE OFFICE AREA ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY
 WITH FBC 11-4.13.6 FOR MANEUVERING CLEARANCES AND
 11-4.13.9 FOR HARDWARE.
  
 10) PROVIDE DETAILS OF PROPOSED DROPPED CEILING IN
 OFFICE AREA. SPECIFY HEIGHT, MATERIALS, AND STRUCTURAL
 DETAILS.
