 1. PLEASE RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT SURVEY, WHICH
 INCLUDES THE PROPERTY'S ADDRESS AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
 ALSO, PROVIDE LOCATION OF IMPROVEMENT(S) IN RESPECT TO
 THE PROPERTY LINES AND PROVIDE DIMENSIONS ACCORDINGLY.
 THE LOCATION OF THE GUARD SHACK IS NOT CLEAR ON THE
 PARTIAL SITE SURVEY, SINCE SHEET AC-2 DOES NOT SHOW THE
 "BLDG." ONLY SHOWS THE EXISTING GUARD SHACK TO BE
 REMOVED.
  
 RE-SUBMITTAL: SHEET AC-1 SHOWS DIMENSIONS THAT ARE DO
 NOT MEET THE MINIMUM DRIVE AISLE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR"),
 SECTION 94-485(J)(2), A MINIMUM 24' DRIVE AISLE. ALSO,
 THE REDUCTION OF THE TERMINAL ISLAND, LOCATED NEXT TO
 THE PROPOSED GUARD SHACK DOES NOT ALLOW FOR THE
 APPROPRIATE PROTECTION BETWEEN PASSING VEHICLES AND
 PARKING STALLS. THE LANDSCAPE TERMINAL ISLAND SHALL BE
 THE FULL LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALLS.
  
 ADDITIONALLY, THE PROPOSED FENCE ON NOTE #14, DOES NOT
 ALLOW ACCESS TO THE ONE-WAY ANGLE PARKING AND THE
 PARKING CANNOT BE ACCESSED FROM THE OTHER SIDE BECAUSE
 IT IS ONE-WAY.
  
 4. LANDSCAPE COMMENTS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ZONING APPROVAL.
